The device is designed for smoke flavoring ham, meat, fish, cheese, drinks, both at home and in cafes, bars, restaurants. Suitable for aromatization with herbs or tea.
Collapsible design. Battery powered. Power 0.6W (6V) Weight 0.2 kg. Dimensions 23 * 4 * 4 cm. The body is silver. The device is packed in a cardboard box. Its dimensions are 17 * 15 * 6 centimeters. The box is white with a dark purple stripe. On the front side is written the name of the device, the name of the manufacturer and the drawing of the device itself as an assembly. On the back there is information about the parts of the device.
On the side there is information in two languages (in my case in German and English) about what the device is intended for, its technical characteristics and equipment.
Opening the box, we see that everything is packed neatly and securely.
The kit includes the device itself, which is packed in a separate cardboard box.
When we take it out, we see more additional packaging in polyethylene.

To operate the device, you need four AA batteries. Not included.
The place for the batteries is at the bottom under the cover. The cover is very easy to move and remove.
To close the cover, you need to press down slightly to let the batteries drop.
Above is the hole for the tube.

Very little chips are needed to flavor food.
In the center there is a lever for turning on the device.
How does it all work? We take a product (in my case fish). The fish is pre-salted, dried and oiled with vegetable oil. We put it in the bag.
Insert the tube into the bag. We close the package.
We bring fire to the chips and set them on fire. At the same time we turn on the lever.
Smoke goes into the package
That's how intense it is.
The chips burn out quickly. We take out the tube and close the bag to the end. We leave for 30 minutes. That's it. You can try.
Thus, you can add a smoked flavor to any ready-made meat, salad, cheese. You can even get a semblance of the famous smoked beer that is produced in Bamberg.
How to smoke a salad? Put the salad on a plate. Cover with a cap. Insert the tube. Cover up to the possible. Smoke. The tube is removed and the cap is quickly closed.
How beer is smoked. Beer is poured into a glass not to the brim. Put the tube into the glass. Cover up. Smoke. Remove the tube and cover for a few minutes.
The experiment, in my opinion, was a success. Delicious. The product smells unobtrusively of smoke. Smoked flavor is also present. The only negative is that the smell and taste of smoking disappears very quickly. I smoked early in the morning, and in the evening there was no longer even a hint that the product was smoked. Therefore, you need to eat right away. It is advisable to smoke under a hood or outdoors. The smoke is very strong.
