Tescoma DeliciaWhen buying another kitchen device, there is always a risk that you will not use it more than once. Because it turned out to be not as comfortable as dreamed of, or because I did not like it, or because, despite the desire to possess it, having bought it and calmed down, I simply forgot about it. When a thing costs three kopecks, then it's not a pity. But when it is more expensive, then being taught by bitter experience and clogged mezzanines, I stop myself more and more often.

Teskoma has a lot of cute things, but the price tag is almost always inhumane. Theoretically, I liked this molding form from the moment it appeared, but I felt sorry for the money because of the uncertainty that it would be as convenient in life as in Czech video advertising. But here friends from the Czech Republic were driving, I hesitated and asked to buy some Tescoma at a local price, including this form. Now you can figure out whether you need to buy it.

First, let's figure out the name. In Czech it is called - Tvoritko na plnene mrizkovane pecivo - and for some reason it confused translators. Probably because the Czechs translated it. But I understand them, because there is no analogue in Russian, and the literal translation is stuffed mesh pastries. And transforming "stuffed" into "filling", and "net baked goods" at least simply into pies, and even adding a beautiful phrase is difficult even for a native speaker, especially if not a cook.

Almost all shops at first simply copied the Czech translation from the box and instructions - a form for dumplings with a pattern. This is some kind of aliexpress simply.

And although now the stores have partially corrected and, in addition to dumplings, you can find - "a mold for pies with a pattern", or "a baking dish with a pattern", it is still better to google simply by the article - Tescoma Delicia 630881. Then you can find all the results and choose the best price ...

Well, let's move on from words to deeds and test the advertising beauty and convenience of this form with practice. Let's start by unpacking.

Teskoma's packaging is always doing well - bright, beautiful, mouth-watering photos.

Home side.

Tescoma Delicia

On the sides there are names in different languages and a photo of three stencil options.

Behind the instruction in pictures.
Patterned dumplings!

Tescoma Delicia

When you open the box, there is an inscription in Russian on one side. Again dumplings!

Tescoma Delicia

There are no special protections inside, but there is nothing to break there - the plastic is strong.

Tescoma Delicia

Inside the box, in addition to the form, there are instructions in many languages, and the form was on a cardboard stand with a recess for the handle. Well, an additional shock absorber.

Above is the part into which to insert one of the three stencils

If you fold it, then the part opens where the pie is formed + there was a stick, with which to remove the pieces of dough cut with a stencil.

Below is the third part under a transparent cover. The other two stencils are stored there and the bottom of the pie is cut out with this part.

All things and instructions.

Tescoma Delicia

The instructions contain both a verbal description and in pictures, like on the box.

Tescoma Delicia

There are also basic recipes, in Russian as well.

Tescoma Delicia

Everything seems to be simple, understandable, let's start sculpting.
The manufacturer suggests using puff pastry.

Cut out the bottom and top with different stencils.
For a wavy one, a stick was needed, although you can separate the cut out with your hands.

Tescoma Delicia

But for a stencil with holes, you definitely can't do without a wand.

Tescoma Delicia

The remains of the dough fall under the stencil, and when you remove it, they are easy to collect.

Tescoma Delicia

We start to collect. I put the cut dough down. As for me, it would be better if the circle was larger. So I stretched it out a little with my fingers.

Tescoma Delicia

My first pie with a cheese filling is grated cheese soaked in cream. I always soak cheese in cream in pies. So that when the cake cools down, the cheese does not turn into rubber, but remains soft, and when heated it again looks like it has just come out of the oven.

Tescoma Delicia

I cover it with the top.
It turns out some kind of skinny, hmm. Something I am doing wrong.

Tescoma Delicia

The next pie I have is stewed apple + cinnamon.

Tescoma Delicia

It looks bigger, but still not like the picture.

Tescoma Delicia

But under the holes I have stewed cabbage, and this pie is already close to the desired picture. In the background, you can see that the cheese is very flat, the apple is better, but the cabbage is the best.

Tescoma Delicia

I was so carried away by the process that I did not notice that there was no room left on the baking sheet. Because I wanted to test different fillings, then on a baking sheet there are pies with six types of fillings. In addition to cheese, apples and cabbage, there is also meat, cottage cheese and a thermostable berry filling (I bought it from Metro and finally got around to doing something with it).

While the pies are in the oven, I will stop and tell you about the process and my first impressions.

- sculpting is really easy
- I fell in love with the grid and circles, but remained indifferent to the wavy stencil
- it is better to do the lower circle a little more, so that it looks more beautiful, I increased it with my fingers in a circle
- liquid fillings are a bad option, because a beautiful shape is obtained only if laid with a slide. Flat pies without a slide
- the thermostable berry filling was then one of the most delicious, but it is very sweet, and although you can put it with a slide, it will be too much, deliberately made flat
- the best filling is one that can be made with a slide and not overdo it with taste. For example, apples or cabbage or cottage cheese is good. In the Czech video, a man cleverly lays down "fluffy" spinach in a heap. And it seems like the filling is not too much, but there is also a slide
- personal mistake - it was not necessary to roll the dough so thin, it is better to make the dough thicker, then the shape will hold better

Well, while I was distracted, the pies sat out a little.
In some, the wavy edge is gone (the lower part needs more, I have other stencils, with a larger diameter, I will cut them out).

***
Overall, I liked the sculpting machine.
By the end, I was doing everything quickly and easily. I still need to practice, and I am sure that in 2-3 times I will achieve an advertising image.

The pies are quite large. Therefore, you need to think about maintaining a balance of taste. After all, it is better to do it with a slide, and too sweet or salty filling will interrupt the taste. Well, so as not to liquid, otherwise flat pies.

Nice thing, but as for me, 1+ thousand rubles. what they ask of us is a little expensive, because not the most necessary thing in the household. But if you catch some kind of stock, then why not. The main thing is that each purchased kitchen toy pleases you, and not gather dust on the shelf. It is not always possible to predict this before buying.
