Cake "Apricot fragrant"

Flavored apricot cake

Ingredients

Shortbread:
Wheat flour 140 g
Sugar 70 g
Butter 150 g
Yolk 1 PC.
Filling:
Gelatin 14 g
Canned apricots 400 g
Poppy 140 g
Cream 500 ml
Soft butter 100 g
Eggs 4 things.
Sugar 50 g
Wang. sugar 1 pack.
Apricot jam or confiture 100 g

Cooking method

  • Shortbread:
  • Mix all the ingredients for the shortbread and put in the cold for 2 hours. After 2 hours. take out the dough, take a round shape and distribute the dough with our hands, bake until golden brown.
  • Filling:
  • Soak the gelatin, mix the poppy with 200 ml. cream and heat, but do not boil, cool. Beat butter + sugar + van. sugar. Separate the yolks from the whites. Mix the egg yolks with the poppy cream and add to the whipped butter. Dissolve the soaked gelatin over low heat, cool slightly and add to the cream and beat. Add the remaining cream and whisk a little more, then carefully add 2 whites to the cream, whipped into a strong foam and mix lightly.
  • Take a detachable ring or a regular round shape, put a shortbread cake, spread it with jam, spread the apricots, fill with cream and put in the cold for 3 hours. Instead of apricots, you can put peaches.
