Ingredients

minced meat (pork + beef) 1 kg
Boiled eggs
+ 1 egg for minced meat
6 pcs.
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Greens
Mayonnaise 1-3 st. l.
Garlic 1-3 slices
Freshly ground pepper
Vegetable oil

Cooking method

  • Hard-boiled eggs, chill and peel.
  • Finely chop the onion and fry in vegetable oil.
  • Wash, dry and chop the greens.
  • Pass the garlic through a garlic press.
  • Put the minced meat in a bowl, add the egg, fried onions, herbs, mayonnaise, garlic, salt and pepper.
  • Mix the minced meat well with your hands and throw it on the table several times.
  • Put half of the minced meat in a greased ring mold. Spread boiled eggs in a circle. Cover with the other half of the minced meat. Place the dish in an oven preheated to ~ 190-200 ° C, cover with foil and bake for ~ 30-40 minutes.
  • Then remove the foil and bake for another ~ 20 minutes.
  • ~ 10-15 minutes before cooking, remove the form with the meat ring from the oven and very gently turn it onto a greased baking sheet.
  • * a lot of meat juice is released during baking of the "ring". It must be carefully poured into a bowl and poured over the ring with this juice
  • Sprinkle the ring with oil and put it in the oven again for ~ 10-15 minutes, periodically pouring it with meat juice.

And I also cooked this and in exactly the same form for a cake!

Delicious! Once I cooked for my son for a party in nature, so the son said that as soon as the girls were cut into pieces, everything was immediately taken apart. And there was nothing left.

And my husband and I inspired nostalgic memories. This dish was sold in pieces in our student buffet.
