Hello gentlemen! And tell me where in Ukraine you can buy an oil seal in a bucket on a VM 350, or a bucket but at a reasonable price. And then in our service in Donetsk they said that we can wait. a month or 2, the price is either 700 UAH. or 800 UAH. somewhere like that. This does not inspire me with optimism. Such money is a pity. I will be grateful.

Hello everyone!
Can you please tell me where to get recipes for yeast-free bread for VM350?
kaaandr
tell me first thought to buy 450, but I thought I decided to 350! how does it work, what bread does it get, can you see bread through the window because there is no backlight ??? Thank you
elena1812
Everything is perfectly visible, the only drawback is insulation from cold air, if the stove stands near an open window or under an air conditioner, then there will be no good rise of the dough, I have a stove for the second year, I am very satisfied, I use it every day and several times (bread, dough). Now I'm staring at the Kenwood VM 450, but I'm not yet ripe, when you get used to something, it's hard to overcome yourself. Good luck to you.

just in case, for the people of Kiev I also duplicate here:
dear bakers, if anyone else has relevant information ...
just returned from the service center on a boulder, bought a bucket for KENWOOD 350 and a stirrer. while it seems available.
if anyone needs it, here are the coordinates:

work from 9 to 19, no lunch break.

bucket - 238 UAH, stirrer - 65 UAH.

it is possible to order a round bucket with an expectation of a month and a half, the price is about 300 UAH.

this is not a minus, there is no such isolation in any bread maker, because it cannot be). any bread does not like drafts and cold (or excessive heat), so sometimes you have to adjust the recipe depending on the weather conditions in the kitchen))

I compared HP brands binaton2068 and kenwood350 and found that the power of binaton is 615 watts and in ken.645, but binaton still performs programs faster ??? how is it to be understood, and all the same which is better, as a baking of bread ???? link for example: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...tion=com_smf&topic=9516.0 ... Thank you

kaaandr

these are nominal capacities, they do not characterize the quality of the bread

the programs in each bread maker are different, and even if they are named the same, they may differ in the characteristics of each stage of the program:
mixing time of the components, time and speed of kneading, time and temperature for raising the dough, time and temperature of baking.
Baking bread quickly is not a problem, but will it be as tasty and healthy as you want?) ... And as soon as you decide what "quality" is for you, the question of choice will be decided by itself)

An excellent stove, only after 1.5 years of operation the bucket broke, the base under the stirrer jumped out, they said that it was not being repaired, like order a new one. the mother-in-law has the same stove, the same breakdown, only after a year of operation. Probably this is a common "disease" of this model ((((((((((((
wales
I have the same story ... In the meantime, I put the food on the contrary - first dry, then liquid.
9oksana9
Can you please tell me where in Ukraine you can order accessories for Kenwood equipment? who knows how this can be done via the Internet? .... I saw some info somewhere and now I can't find ((

I'm sorry, I didn't quite understand, but why, if there is no mixer anyway?
wales
I understand that your bucket has been sorted into parts - a bucket and a base, which is turned by a motor and a mixer.
the base popped out under the mixer
There the gasket collapsed that held everything together. Is not it so?

I guess ... I have a bucket with a hole in the middle and a pin on which the stirrer is held ...

In the middle of this base, there was a stirrer, like a ring, I forgot what it is called, a stopper, even at the service center and they say that the bucket is not being repaired, my husband drilled out the plugs and repaired the bucket for me, so nothing is impossible

Here's another question: please tell me, in your bread maker, do the ears from the handle of the bucket (on the sides of which) go into the holes of the ears in the bread maker itself? I mean, when you insert the bucket into the stove, do the ends of the handle pop into the holes or not?
Marisha_lg
Domovenok, but how did your husband repair the bucket ??? Share your know-how, otherwise we have the same breakdown, but there is no extra 300 UAH
They seem to drop by ... if I understood correctly what you are asking ... well, the bucket is holding on tightly
sazalexter
Here's a way to repair a bucket https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=8776.0 It is better to lubricate with silicone, for example Shin Etsu G-501 or Canon CK-0551-020
https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=2789.0
The main thing is that the oil seal is intact! https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=8408.0
If it is torn, there is an idea to cut it out of a silicone mold of a suitable thickness.

I just can't figure out how to insert the bucket? Need to get into the holes?
When I knead, the bucket starts to rumble. I have to turn it off and try to put it in place, but I don't feel the correct position. Help with advice, how should it be?
wales
When you insert the bucket into the stove, press it firmly.
Here is the position is FREE

If your bucket rumbles and dangles, but the stirrer is still spinning, then you should try to "squeeze" the latch-ears on the stove.

wales, or maybe it is necessary to insert a handle from a bucket into these holes in the ears ... for something, these round holes are provided

Thank you for responding! I have the same hole in the ear, but I never put the handle of the bucket there. Need to insert? Now I tried it, on one side it entered, but on the other side. I can't insert, I don't have enough strength

Wales, in your photo I don’t see that the handle was inserted into the hole, but the bucket was pressed deeper?
Suslya
Girls, the handle of the bucket is not inserted anywhere, the bucket is simply fixed from the sides with clamps and that's it.

When I knead, the bucket starts to sausage. I insert it in a new way, sometimes it starts to rumble again, sometimes everything is OK. But because of this I can not program for the morning ...
Suslya
It's strange .... maybe you don't insert it all the way ... I went to pull my bucket, if it has already entered the clamps, it stands like a glove. Maybe you really need to "squeeze" these ears as wales advises.

Squeeze out but towards the middle? OK, I'll try. In the evening I will bake - I will report the result
wales
Squeeze out but towards the middle?
Well, yes)) By the middle, of course.

For the first time I had a span with a bucket - it did not immediately reach me. It must be inserted evenly and pressed until it clicks. It then becomes clear. Well, maybe a barely noticeable backlash when the dough is kneading.

But the fact that nata41 I inserted the handle into one hole in the clamp, but could not into the other, it says that this is not necessary.I think that through these holes you can get access to the bolts on which the clamps hold ...
nata41
Yes, I noticed clicks, but sometimes it rumbled after the clicks. Therefore, I began to look for holes
Thanks everyone for the helpful advice!
Domovenok
And my bucket is clearly inserted into these holes in the ears, and if not inserted, there is a strong backlash, and this is from the very moment of purchasing the stove
Suslya
So about this we say that the bucket is simply inserted, the girls just tried to insert the handle of the bucket into these holes ...
nata41
Reporting! She slightly bent her ears, the bucket did not dangle yesterday. BUT! Pulling it out was not so easy!
Handle on one side I got into a hole ... In short, I shattered everything there with my experiments

I wonder if our models are really different ... I took a ruler and measured it - a bucket 17.5 cm high, and the hole in the ear is at a height of 16 cm ... well, the handle can't get into the hole ...
wales
I also have no handles in the holes.
nata41 I think the clamps on your stove are deformed a little and the holes are at the level of the bucket handles. They should be lower.

Hello, and again arrived in your shelf Two weeks ago we bought a Kenwood BM-350 bread machine, immediately baked a simple wheat bread with the addition of eggs. Delicious !!! We encountered a problem with the remains of the dough on the sides of the bucket, but decided to just periodically help with a spatula. We made a jam a couple of days ago
3 oranges
2 lemons
1 kg sugar

The jam is amazing !!! It is only necessary to grind the zest separately from oranges, separately oranges, separately lemons (with zest). Pour sugar into a bucket, add lemons and oranges with zest and cook. Sugar will not scratch the bucket. At the exit there are 2/3 buckets of delicious jam. Even I liked it, despite the fact that I don't like oranges.

P.S. The jam is sweet enough, so you can throw less sugar

The sugar bucket will not scratch.
Maybe throw fruit first and then sugar? And then I'm afraid that with regular use, the bucket will still get scratched.

Hello everyone! Maybe someone will find my message useful. At the forum I learned that for Kenwood you can still buy a round bucket. But I couldn't find it on sale in Kiev. Google refused to give usable addresses. Until I guessed in the search instead of the "bucket" to enter the word "Kenwood accessories" - and immediately found 3 online stores where you can buy for 200-240 UAH. this is a bucket. The model is called AW51000 (for kenwood bm350) and AW51001 (for bm450). I don't know if it is possible to post store addresses, so if anything, write in a personal.
Bee
Thanks for the useful information.
You can give indirect links.

A round shape for kenwood 350,450 can be found in Dexline and Mobitrade online stores. In order not to scour the sites, the easiest way is to score KENWOOD AW 51000 or KENWOOD AW 51001 in the search. It's nice that the mold comes with a stirrer (someone from the members of the forum wrote that somehow he damaged the stirrer, and someone managed to lose, so too will be helpful).
Yesterday I baked a round cake for the first time - the form became good in HP. But during the kneading, I still looked in to scrape the dough off the walls.

I also found the official Kenwood website by ordering technology 🔗, there seems to be a forum.

Take the newcomer. Yesterday I brought home a stove, which I got on the occasion of not very expensive. I brought it and left immediately.
Right now I came and immediately set to bake the very, very first ... I looked how it kneads. Then she squeaked for the last 10 minutes ... I could not resist and threw a handful of seeds there.
Then I'll sign off on the results.
Suslya
Congratulations! no matter what the owners of panasiks and kenwoods 450 say, our stove is in no way inferior to them, a hard worker and a hard worker, bakes wonderfully. And what was the recipe for baking that?

did not bake, but only the proofing began

upd. it seems to me that the first bread will be "lumpy". I seem to have gone too far ...
upd. as expected, the bread turned out to be not as beautiful as many here. the roof is flat, it gets cold. I will not post a photo ...
although ... right now, I'll show you what happened in order to listen to your advice.
no.until I figured out how to upload pictures, I'll be back on Sunday, I'll figure it out, then there will be pictures

I agree 100% !!!
For almost a year of work, my stove has probably paid off a thousand times already, I literally pray for it - it helps me a lot.
and considering that I not only bake bread in it ... I have so many different tasks for the stove ... sometimes we even joke with my husband that our stove is in shock and could not even imagine that so many things could be done in it
