Tell me. in my first batch, numerous sound signals are very noisy, loud turns. Such are not delicate clicks that even the lid on the stove jumps slightly. You too, or we have a defect.
One disorder Bought, but bread does not work. Very heavy.
Share. already proven recipe.

Thank you.
okcana
probably no one comes here, unfortunately. If anyone comes in, the request remains valid.
Gypsy
I won't say about the stove, but heavy bread is more likely due to the wrong recipe. Take any recipe for bread from this site, which has been tried by many, be guided by the photo of the finished bread and watch the bun for the first time. Yes, check the vitality of your yeast, maybe even try compressed yeast instead of dry yeast.
okcana
thanks for the answer. I will definitely try to bake according to the recipe from the site. I will also keep in mind about yeast.
ValeryVP
I already wrote that HP produces "loud" sounds when opening a despenser tank. The kneading sound is also present. This is normal and not a defect. And the recipes in the bread instructions are also digestible. True, we didn't succeed the first time ... so don't be discouraged
okcana

Valery, and your lid also jumps on the stove and does the stove emit sound signals while opening the dispenser? In addition to the beeps, my oven cranks and ...
To put an end to my doubts, Valery, I will indicate my email. the address . write to me on it, I will send you a video when my oven knocks.
Look here please. calm me down! If it's not difficult for you, of course. I would be very grateful to you.
Thank you for the answer!
okcana
When opening the dispenser lid, the oven gives short beeps and this, as I understand it, is normal. at the same time I hear that the stove makes turns 2-3 times, or most likely it can be called very loud clicks, the lid on the stove bounces, they are so rough and powerful. Is this a norm or a difference? thanks in advance.
alex-f
I have had HP for three days. the first was "Classic" bread from the instruction, and the second "Ukrainian". Both turned out, I liked the second more. Tomorrow I'll try Borodinsky.

Sounds are loud when opening the dispenser.

Sounds are loud when opening the dispenser.

Sounds when opening the dispenser are present not only in your stoves, in mine too, like a quiet shot, the dispenser is opening.
alex-f
It doesn't bother me. The first time was somehow uncomfortable. Then I realized that I was not paying attention.

sorry couldn't answer earlier. As I noticed the lid "bounces" so that everything spilled out of it (I think so).
kRacata
This is not a breakdown, don't worry.
That's right, this happens as a result of opening the dispenser, the pusher is repeatedly triggered from behind, which creates a loud sound.
okcana
Thank you all Calmed down. : yes: Valeria separately, for his willingness to help.
I already bake bread, out of 5 times, only two so far. Well, more further. as the people say.
According to the recipes in the instructions, the bread does not work (heavy), I will experiment further.
ValeryVP
nothing. We didn't have a cupcake out of 4 times (we stopped experimenting until the post). From the recipes, we prepare instructions for the first and second. It worked the second time. Everything is ahead, the main thing is not to despair ... good luck ...
okcana
Thank you. If the cake works out, will you give me the recipe? You are welcome.
Gaby
Oksana, I have a different HP and I have never baked according to the recipes from the instructions. Take recipes from the forum, count them, if necessary, to the size of the desired bread. Look, there are a lot of recipes and various breads and cupcakes, read how to knead to trace what dough should be and in general there are a lot of interesting articles and topics that explain everything. If you do not find it, please contact me, I wish you good bread.
I want to add that all the recipes on this site are suitable FOR ALL BAKERY.

Good day. Today I bought this unit. After coming home, I found out that the lid of the bread machine noticeably loose in the hinges. Is this a normal situation for this model or is it a reason to talk about marriage. Thanks in advance for your reply.

The lid should not be hermetically closed - there should be a steam outlet. This is not a marriage, sleep bake calmly

Thanks everyone for the answers. In turn, I will let you know what I managed to dig up on this issue. I called the service center - they answered that this is a design feature and not only of Orion, but also of the same moulinex and tefal. They recommended to go shopping and play around with lids to calm the soul, which I actually did. Inspection of a similar Orion at the exhibition stand showed no noticeable differences with my specimen. Moulinexes also delighted with the dangling lid. So to reassure future generations of bakers, we can conclude about the design features.

I don’t know whether I am writing there or not? I looked after the ORION-24W bread maker. In addition to all other programs, there is a program BAKING and PASTA TEST. Can you please tell me who has such a bread machine? What types of dough does the DOUGH program and the PASTA DOUGH program make? Is it suitable for dumplings and dumplings? Thanks in advance.
Admin

The Dough program can make dough for bread and pies (yeast or leavened, or unleavened), the dough is kneaded and one proofing is in progress (you must watch the program time), this dough is soft.

Pasta dough, suitable for noodle dough, pasta, dumplings and other hard doughs. the program only makes a kneading dough.
You can read about the dumplings dough on the forum.

Hello everyone! My husband made an awesome gift, gave Orionchik 24W. Owners of the Orionchiks, let's share the recipes, it's just that recipes from other HPs are a little incomprehensible to me and many do not work out. Thank you HUGE Admin for the explanation about the lump !!! Although I still can't make such a handsome man

I am VERY happy, HP is excellent. Inexpensive and great bakes, you just need to fill your hand, and thanks to people like Admin, this is not a problem!
alex-f
No, we are not stingy. There is simply nothing to comment on - a normal bread maker. I'm baking for the fourth month - no problem.
alex-f
I did it according to the recipes from the instructions - it worked fine.

We bought this miracle on March 8, initially it was not possible that even the hands were discouraged and the mood spoiled .. my mother began to bribe the store on the sly, but after 2 weeks, thanks to this site, it seems that it will turn out now we are fighting for every piece .. and the process itself and the result causes so much joy and emotion .. the stove is GOOD, the bread is very tasty !!!

Good day everyone!
Take me into your ranks. Orion OBM 24W bread maker was brought yesterday. For a long time I chose between the models and first stopped at Panas 256. But since they disappeared from the sale before the new year, and when they appeared, they increased in price by 600 UAH. common sense said that it is necessary to take from the economy row. I chose between moulinex -1000, but my soul did not lie, although the loaf was oblong and compact, but Orion OBM 24W turned out to be more solid to the touch and the price was 619 UAH (I managed to order through the basket, and did not have time to change the price and got it without a rise in price) ... The first bread did not come out lumpy. The flour ratio is not correct in the recipes. I watched the bun and because of the large amount of flour I had to add some water. The loaf was baked, though on the middle crust it was pale, although I covered the stove with a towel on top. I cooked it for 750g, but because of the regulation of the bun, the finished one was 950g. Today I baked bread with raisins according to the recipe from a book on baking mode. Here everything was the other way around, there was very little flour, batter. Flour added + 1 tbsp. l. vodka. It turned out to be a rich bread that looks like a store Easter cake, mmmm ...: :) This time I put a dark crust and everything is also a towel. Here is a photo of my loaves, but already started

The husband is satisfied with the bread, but the paradox of the bread began to eat less than the store

Join our ranks - the owners of Orion! The truth is still very few.
I also hesitated for a very long time in the choice, tossed between Panasonic 256 and Orion. I decided to still choose a cheaper option, Orion turned out to be exactly 2 times cheaper than Panas. While (mmm) is very happy, the bread began to be obtained from 1 time. My first bread, too, according to the book - baking, the photo is placed above. I don’t take anything else from my book, all the recipes are from here, from this forum. Here all the recipes have already been tried, tested, why stepping on a rake ... I'd rather go along the beaten path ...

Now prices for Panas have jumped so much that you can buy 3-ri Orion. I suffered a little and now I hope that my bread maker will not disappoint.
Share your proven bread recipe, otherwise I wrote a bunch from the forum, now I'm adapting it to my Orion. I do everything according to the scales, but all the same it is very soft and dry, I follow the kolobok as on MK Admin. Thank you. Having looked through the recipes while our models are owned, they are in no hurry to share their recipes.it seems to me that my bread does not rise enough.
And on what crust did you bake your bread with a photo? I have a very pale on average.

I bake this bread all the time https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=87833.0, Admin recipe taken from this forum. I slightly corrected it: I add 280 ml of water and add flour during the formation of the kolobok, about 2 tablespoons, and the rest according to the recipe. I really like this recipe. I always bake it at a size of 750 gr, medium crust, French mode. I cover the window with a towel during baking. But this bread is a little dry. And there are recipes for bread with kefir, it is a little softer - but I like it less than the previous one. And I also VERY liked kneading the dough in a bread maker for dumplings. This is SOMETHING! Also used the Admin recipe from this forum. I also baked bread according to the recipe with cheese and herbs, I did not like it at all ...
In my family, they don't eat rye bread, so I don't even consider such recipes. I'm only interested in white bread, baked goods, dough kneading.

Thank you! : rose: I'll try the French baking mode, maybe it will have ruddy bread on it. I bake on the 1st mode and cover the window, but the bread is pale. I also like simple bread, I tried the recipe from Moulinex without sugar and I liked it for a smaller loaf. We still need to bake bread with your changes. Now I'm hooked on a poppy curl with a cold dough for buns: girl_dough: But the dough for dumplings needs to be tried.

Try Romino dough for kefir dumplings, OOO I really liked it. I used to make dumplings once a year according to my mood, but now every weekend. And in the previous bread recipe, to which I gave a link, I also made changes, reduced the flour rate by 2 tbsp. l., and instead put 2 tbsp. l. milk powder, the rest according to the recipe further. It turned out very tasty, milk powder gave a completely different taste. ... My child, who is 28 years old, did not eat bread at all, but now, come on! delicious! Only one thing gnaws at me all the time, and why didn't I buy a bread maker before!

Thanks for your advice. I tasted bread according to the Romino recipe and, as you advised, on French pastries. It turned out super. Rummy and airy, as we say, Dokovsky's husband diminished a loaf of bread in a day, not counting the curl.Another question, is it possible Do you always keep the shoulder blade in shape or when how? It's just that for the first time, the kneading spatula jumped out of the loaf as soon as it took the bread out of the mold, but now it remains in the bread 3 times in a row: '(Maybe I did something wrong?

My shoulder blade sometimes remains in the bread, but more often on the shaft. It seems to me, judging by the reviews, it happens to everyone. When I put the ingredients, I pour the required oil directly on the spatula and shaft.
You write that you often cook a curl, please give a link to the recipe.

Yes, I seem to do that too. thanks, reassured. Here is the link to the cold way dough https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...ion=com_smf&topic=45301.0 I add flour to 3 tbsp. l. with a slide. The dough is very convenient and after the refrigerator is very plastic and practically does not stick, it is convenient to roll it out for a roll. I cooked it in the fridge in the evening and that's it. I divide the portion of the dough in half. Instead of 4 rolls for curl, I make two and I get two turns in the cut. Proofing takes me a lot, from 2 to 3 hours, but then it turns out to be more airy and nostril, depending on the temperature in the kitchen. Before putting the bucket on the proofer, I turn on the baking for a minute, so that the oven is warm. I grease the curl on top with the rest of the filling before proofing. I make the filling like this. Pour half a pack of poppy seeds (85g) with 3 tbsp. tablespoons of water and put in the microwave to steam until the moisture evaporates for 2-3 minutes. I add 3/4 cup sugar and an egg to the steamed but dry poppy seeds. I mix the filling thoroughly and put it in the refrigerator to the dough. I have enough of this filling for the entire amount of dough. It is advisable not to add sugar all over, but to look at the thickness, I get not liquid and not thick. I don’t have enough of this curl for a day, my husband is eating it by both cheeks. The dough is not very sweet, but due to the filling + sweet seagulls go for a sweet soul.

Hello. Take Orionchik into the ranks. I have been using the bread maker for over a month. I am very satisfied. Basically I take recipes from the book that came with it. Especially popular in our family are Dairy (classic mode), French No. 1 and No. 2 (French mode), bran bread (whole grain mode), we also liked Borodino and mustard-milk. I did not change the recipe, did it as it was written, put the middle crust.
The spatula sometimes remains in the bread.
Taia
Hello . Hooray, the Orion owners are getting bigger. I, too, have been the owner of this miracle for about a month, for a whole month I can not do anything other than looking for interesting bread recipes. Then by incarnating them, then by eating them. ... Although I hardly ate bread before.
I was somehow wary of the recipes from the book that came with it. Here on the forum, the owners of the bread makers complained that their recipes were not entirely correct. Therefore, I took everything from this forum. I'll have to take a closer look at my little book.
Alyona
I also matured, I want to buy a stove, at first I stopped at Tefal OW 4002 30, she seduced me with 2 forms, but she found an alternative to her, can you tell me how these stoves are different?
Alyona
here is the complete instruction 🔗
Taia
Alyona!
We who live here, the owners of Orions24, have already studied our bread machines and know the instructions.
This type of bread machine is completely identical to one of the types of mulinex.
Our bread maker has two buckets and two stirring blades.
I do not think that someone will give such a comparative analysis ... better this or that ...
Alyona
Thanks for the answer. But this branch is somehow not particularly painted. Here tefalek entered Temka, everything is clear, all the characteristics and a lot of recipes, I understand that you, the owners of Orion24, have instructions, but I still don't think I bought it, I don't have it, here and I'm looking for information on everything, there are not even pictures of normal "insides" this stove is almost nonexistent and the recipes are scattered on all topics, figuratively speaking. Here, scribbled I am interested in the quality of Teflon in Orion and the height of the round shape, as I understand it is not very high, as in Tefal OW 4002 30? And which model of Moulinex is the copy? Nevertheless, I will probably buy Orionchik, the price and the mold are already very tempting
Taia
Alyona!
This topic is not covered because this is a new type of bread machine, it is sold only in Ukraine, there are few owners.
And the people are too lazy to write. It bakes well, there are no complaints, so they decide: why write ?!
I have not remembered what Moulinex looks like. But it has already been confirmed that many inexpensive bread makers are twin sisters of expensive eminent brands. Our bread maker is the most expensive of the Orions. I bought it for fun, to try what it is. I am very pleased with the result, everything is working out well, no complaints. What else do you need? I was also tempted by the price, my choice fluctuated between Panasonic 256.
I don’t know how to determine the quality of Teflon, I don’t know what to compare with. I've been using it for a month while everything is fine (mmm).
The second bucket is exactly half the size of the main bucket. I haven't used it yet.
And about the recipes, they are applicable to all types of bread machines. No separation - this recipe is for this bread maker and this one is for the other. Sometimes some rough edges appear, but then, with experience, everything comes, understanding of the process ..
