Serviceable, high-quality HP is obliged, without any dances with a tambourine around it, to bake with high quality. And if a dark crust is declared, then issue just such. If this is not the case, then it must be either repaired or returned.

So I think so.

Peace be with you bakers!
listen to Elena's word BO and reason correctly!
if the c / n does not do what it should, then at least lead a round dance,
even though you can write to the UN, you can of course experiment.
BUT x / n bought by you in order to make life easier and not on the contrary

After reading the whole topic, the screw was unscrewed by 1 turn, but this did not save the situation. What to do?? can return back to the store and choose something else (only in Flokstrot, one LV)

It will most likely fail to return, because you baked on it, and they (trade representatives) categorically do not like it. They have a lot of reservations. You still have to act through the service, and there, perhaps, they can easily cope with the problem. I had the same with 3000 Mulka. I twisted this bolt back and forth and everything was useless. I gave it to sevis and a month later I got a wonderful stove. It's just that the sensor was faulty, they replaced it and everything fell into place. And the crust is dark where it should be, and the dough fits without problems, and there are no complaints about any program.

Or maybe someone can post a photo of a dark crust to compare pazhalusta)))
At first, I also baked everything on a dark crust. Wait, I switched to the middle one.

Today I looked into OW2000 and OW3000 in the store, everything is exactly the same as in mine. But...
The place where the shade exits for these models is in the corner, and the self-tapping screw that needs to be turned is on the wall nearest to us (if you stand facing the control panel) in the center of this very wall. It's a pity that there are no pictures ... Maybe someone will throw it off, and I'll draw an arrow on it. Although there is only one self-tapping screw on the wall closest to the control panel in the center.

Moulinex 2000 also bakes very pale bread. Today I baked French bread 2 times according to recipes for the oven. First, as before, and then everything is the same, but with the screw unscrewed by 1 turn. The result is not changeable
I want to get into the bread maker to this evil plate with a sensor and adjust it already in place
So the question is: who has already disassembled this unit - can you write in what sequence what should be turned and opened to get to the sensor? It seems that everything is not difficult, but you don't want to break or bend something - it's still under warranty.
SupVit
everything, figured out and disassembled. He unscrewed the bar, which presses the sensor to the casing with a screw, bent this bar so that the sensor practically did not touch the casing at all, but only the bar itself. We'll see the result tomorrow - you must first eat the remaining 600 grams of French bread
At the same time tomorrow I'll post pictures of the insides and steps for disassembling the case, if everything works out.
Experiments will continue ...

Dear SupVit, please do not delay with photos (promised yesterday) and recommendations, otherwise on July 17-18 I and my friend from the stove moulinex ow 2000 should drive up. And I would like to "tweak where necessary" everything at once. For after re-reading the entire thread, I came to the conclusion that this is almost inevitable with this model. And in general IMHO you need to know your technique.
SupVit
yesterday I fell asleep after work
now I put on bread with fried onions, otherwise the French according to the standard recipe was never finished. Closer to the night I promise to unsubscribe about the result.
SupVit
I report on the work done.
Immediately about the result. Everything is great! I post a photo for comparison. French bun in 500 gr mode. medium crust from a knica to a bread machine - paler !!!
A good bread - the usual on the first setting 750 g, medium crust.
Therefore, before, I always baked on the very theme crust and sometimes waited for 15-20 minutes for it to turn brown in the heating mode.
SupVit
Now constructive:
the stove is disassembled as follows: first, poke out (for example, with a needle) 4 plastic plugs on the control panel from the side of the baking basket (the plugs are under the lid). Unscrew 4 bolts under them - shown with red arrows. Move and throw the panel with wires over the front of the stove so as not to interfere. We unscrew 2 screws - in the figure with blue arrows and move the metal shield along two wires to the control panel (circled in green). These wires go to our sensor.
SupVit
under the shield is our strip with a sensor in the tube (blue arrow) and two more thick wires. We unscrew the bar with the "adjusting" self-tapping screw, remove our sensor from the bar (remove carefully, do not bend the tube, inside you can break a thin wire) and bend the bar as shown in the diagram. The goal is to bend the bar so that the sensor tube does not touch (well, or not strongly press) against the metal casing.
SupVit
and further. pay attention to the protrusions along the edges of the plank - they should be fixed from the grooves on the stove casing (circled in green in the penultimate figure). So don't overdo it.

The result of the work pleased me. It is interesting that I lost count of the time and ran to the bread maker on the smell, thinking that in 5-10 minutes the program would end. I was very surprised that there were still 25 minutes left, and the smell of bread spreads through the apartment such that I think!

These are the pies
SupVit
now another idea. I want the lid of the bread to be browned (in relation to the sides). I read here how one friend was covering the lid of Moulinex-5000 with foil. At the same time, he blocked all the ventilation holes, thereby increasing the temperature in the oven and browning the whole bread. One of these days I want to try to cover only the sight glass with foil - in this case, the radiant energy will be reflected directly onto the top crust of the bread. I think it should work. You only have to look through the open lid.
Experiments will continue ... but I don't know when.
Vitaly.

Vitaly, thank you very much for the instructions, but for some reason he doesn’t give the full picture, he writes “404 - Attachment not found”, well, maybe when I open the stove, then with the help of the previews I will be able to figure it out .. It's a pity, of course, if the moderators delete the much-needed photos the insides of this device
Elena Bo
fool, moderators do not delete such necessary photos. The fact is that you need to sign photos in English. otherwise they will not open. This has already been written about many times.
SupVit
Yes, Elena, pictures are necessary and rare. Thank you!

Vitaly, thanks again, I took the pictures under the numbers, everything is clear.
I was expecting something more complicated, it turned out: primitivism is on the verge "and how, can this still work ?!" Tomorrow I will become the owner of Mulinex 2000 and immediately start with the improvements. In general, the lack of thermal insulation as such (the "shield-screen" does not count) is alarming (judging by the pictures). After all, it heats up to 160 degrees .. and a pair of "electrolytes" on a scarf probably with a max. temperature 105 and even if there are those that are "super-duper" 125, so anyway, any oxide electrolytic capacitor will not work for a long time in an environment with a temperature of more than 100 degrees. Maybe this part is well ventilated there. Well, okay, I will not guess, tomorrow I will consider everything myself ..
SupVit
you first try to bake according to the standard simplest recipes and look at the crust - not everyone has problems with mule-2000. In addition, many problems are solved by simply unscrewing the self-tapping screw.
And for those who have a self-tapping screw does not "regulate" the temperature - in my opinion, this is a very reliable way. In addition, he blindly was quite exciting for me, and according to the description and photos - one spit, any man (as well as the great majority of visitors to this forum) will cope without problems ...
Go for it.

shl
I did not understand at all how, with such a design of the bar and the method of its fastening, a slight unscrewing of the self-tapping screw increases the temperature of the stove - the sensor both touched and will touch the stove casing in exactly the same way. Well, okay - the road will be mastered by the walking ...

Well, in general, this self-tapping screw is in no way "adjusting", it is just a fastening element for the temperature sensor. But, depending on the degree of clamping (pressing) of the temperature sensor to the body and thus the transfer of the amount of heating from the body to the sensor, it is possible to regulate the temperature within certain limits. if the sensor falls out of the mount, then the stove will heat up so that everything will burn out .. so you need to unscrew this screw under visual control.
fool
Finally, I became the proud owner of "Mulinex 2000", and immediately began to study the insides from photographs from Vitaly - SupVit. Indeed, in disassembly everything is simple, the only thing that after all the operations, on the "label" - a sticker with pictures, there was a small trace of the bend. What pleasantly surprised, in the sense, dispelled my fears, this is what seemed to be electrolytic oxide capacitors in Vitaly's pictures , in fact, turned out to be ordinary inductors - chokes, noise suppressing elements of the motor drive circuit. Well, they have a fever to give a damn. And after examining everything carefully, overheating in this compartment is hardly possible. In general, the impression from the design and the assembly itself is quite favorable, although it was made in "brotherly China forever" Now I will go to get all the necessary ingredients, and in the evening I will begin the great sacrament
Kimarilla
The alternative method of covering the top with a sheet of foil works. The bread is baked well on all sides. Just do not completely cover with foil, but leave a small gap. Otherwise, my LCD indicator "fogged up"). Who doesn’t want to mess with screws
fool
I made my first baking in Moulinex OW 2000, the result exceeded the expected .. and although the crust baking mode was 2nd (medium), well, it turned out to be somewhere "average". I described the process in detail (well, as I could) here: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/in...tion=com_smf&topic=4474.0
pictures in a "hurry" also attached.

That's what I noticed. Studying the program table in the instructions for the HP, I noticed that no matter what color of the crust we choose, the baking time always remains the same. That is, if, for example, we take 1 "simple bread" program with a weight of 1000g. light crust - baking time 3:18,
medium crust - baking time 3:18,
dark crust - baking time 3:18.
Maybe this is the reason for the pale crust in Mulinex? Or is it just that the spiral heats up more or less, depending on the selected program? But interestingly, for other HPs, the baking time changes depending on the selected crust color?
Bee
I know for sure that at 125 Delongy the baking time changes, and at 755 Delongy it does not change, but from my own experience I know that the crust is different at different degrees of roasting.
Margarita
Help is needed. The question is, of course, stupid. I just bought HP, I wanted to bake test bread as written in the instructions, but my bread machine does not turn on. squeak once and that's it. already pressed all the buttons - to no avail.
Help! how does it turn on ?!
tenidia
What's on your screen? Is there a time?
Margarita
there is nothing on the screen at all. is plugged into an outlet. once squeaked, showed the time 3-20 in my opinion, I pressed a button and then everything disappeared. now nothing shows which button do not press. I would not like to think that this is a marriage.
Elena Bo
If you unplug and plug it back in, does anything change?
Margarita
does not change. when plugged into an outlet, it hums a little, very quiet. but the display is silent (((
tenidia
Maybe you have a problem with the outlet? I had it, it is possible to add an adapter to make it tighter.
Elena Bo
Indeed, try a different outlet
Margarita
already changed several sockets. Which button do you press first to start HP?
Elena Bo
Your instructions should contain the procedure for enabling HP. Sequentially which buttons to press.
Margarita
that's just according to the instructions and do it. apparently, after all, the marriage was caught. insulting ...
Elena Bo
I looked at the instructions for the 5004 model, most likely you do the same.
First, without paying attention to the display, choose the program, the color of the crust, the size of the loaf and only at the very end press the Start button. This button launches the program you have previously selected.
tenidia
I plug it in: the time is 3:20 am (I don’t remember exactly the time), do I choose the program? weight and color of the crust, I press the "start" button. Didn't have time on display at all?
Margarita
I cannot select a program. the display shows nothing at all. will not turn on ...
Mueslik
And the outlet was checked, maybe there is no voltage? The default display shows 3.20-1 program ..
Margarita
I'll drag it to the service. let them figure it out
tenidia
Why the service? To the store! Not even 2 weeks have passed
Margarita
store in St. Petersburg, and we are in Petrozavodsk. so I'll go to service

ok14, thanks for the collection of recipes, although I have a different HP, but recipes are an "international" thing (I think that something will suit me too).

In the meantime, the first impression is that the recipe book is so "cool" designed - with step by step drawings.
