Sandy
Kneading again, as it is in jerks, we cannot understand this marriage, Kenwood is so confidently sausage and quiet ...
It is a pity that Temka is half-dead and there is no one to ask
I removed the bun from the bucket so the blade spun quickly, but with the dough it barely pulls and jerks
Sandy
I found in the reviews that some had it that way, and then, like, everything got used to it and started twisting normally, I will continue to test it, if I don’t get it, I will carry it back

In principle, the bun was kneaded normally, maybe this is a feature of this stove, but I compare it with Kenwood and in it there is generally one long batch and that's it, so maybe it kneads intensively right away ...
Vitaok
Oksana, congratulations on your new assistant!
Sandy
Vikusya thanks
But I’m not quite happy yet, I’ll look at what bread will turn out
Vitaok
I have HP - I'm not complaining, which is what I wish everyone! But I followed your tests, I follow and will follow in all topics!
Oh, you've already corrected the message.
Sandy
The gingerbread man has kneaded the right one, fits the last time.
The stove works like a clock, all operations and the countdown are displayed on a blue backlit display.
There is a camera illumination, you do not need to open the stove to look behind the bun, which is very convenient
I'm waiting further, what kind of bread will turn out ....... I took the recipe from the attached booklet (I did not specifically change anything to look at the correspondence of recipes to HP). The gingerbread man still turned out to be cool, it would have been possible to add a little liquid, but for the sake of experiment I did not add

Girls' perfect bread turned out from the recipe book did not change anything
Sandy
So I conclude that each technique has its own peculiarities of work, and if someone is used to how his device works, then when you buy a new one, you immediately start comparing ....... everything can not work the same way, neither a multicooker, nor a pressure cooker, nor a bread machine, nor much else Now, if I had this first bread maker, and there was nothing to compare with, I would not be so nervous
Sandy
What I didn't like was that she squeaks loudly as many as five times when you need to add filler (seeds, raisins, etc.) and works a little noisy (again, compared to Ken) and how to set the timer for the morning will wake everyone up with her squeak
Vitaok
And there is no regime without additives?
Sandy
The weight of the bread turned out to be 1 kg. 26 g. from the recipe for 900 gr.
By the way, the crust is much softer than in Kenwood, the crumb has not yet been cut
Sandy

I didn't understand it yet, I just baked the first bread in it
Vitaok
And in what mode did you bake?
I wonder what kind of "baking" mode is this?
This photo came across to me with modes - I look and ask questions.

Baking on "basic", "baking" is when you just need to bake something from some ready-made dough

The bread is uniform in structure, pretty.Kneaded, baked the stove well. You are just smart, as always.
Sandy
Thank you girls
Tomorrow I will make dough for buns, I will try the program "dough"
Sandy
The dough program works perfectly, kneads quickly and efficiently

What is the recipe? Is there any need for additives? I also have rye in "Russian cook".

I do it according to the recipe from the booklet that came with the kit, if it works out, then I will write the recipe only on the "home baker" manual programming program there you set the time of kneading and proofing and baking as needed.

My stove has developed, it kneads well already without strain and jerks no worse than Kenwood, but it is still louder.
Sandy
My "Borodinsky" bread is ready, all according to the recipe from the book + my settings on the "home baker".

Here's a kolobok turned out after the last batch (cool as it seemed to me):

Sandy
Thanks Vika
Let's see, the most important thing is how it turned out in the context, I can't wait to cool down faster

I could not stand it, cut it still warm but not hot

Delicious, standard "Borodino" bread

Vitaok
Well, will you post the recipe? 🔗
Sandy
Bread "Borodinsky" from a recipe book from a bread machine.
Yeast 2 tsp
Wheat flour 1 cup.
Peeled rye flour 3 cups.
Dry starter culture "Extra - R" 1 + 1/2 tsp.
Panifarin 1 tbsp. l.
Oil 2 tbsp. l.
Salt 1 tsp
Honey 2 tbsp. l.
Ground coriander 1 + 1/2 tbsp l.
Malt 4 tbsp l. + 1/3 cup boiling water (steam, cool)
Water 1 cup.

In a cup from a bread machine - 240 ml. Teaspoons and tablespoons are also measured with a measuring spoon from a bread machine. I did not add panifarin, sprinkled with whole coriander grains on top. I also have a different leaven (dry purchased for bread).

Sandy
Today I tried the recipe "French bread" from the book and the program "French bread".
The bread on the last rise soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooaa03103103, but at the beginning of baking, the roof fell a little (next time I’ll reduce the amount of yeast), the color of the bread can also be set to “dark” and also slightly reduced the amount of sugar.
Bread maker Binatone BM 2068

But he is so "airy" in spite of the size, weighs 850 grams. (from the recipe for 900 gr.).

Sandy
Cake
On the "cake" program (not baked) I baked for another 1 hour on "baking", its weight is 1 kg 400 gr.

In general, the bread maker is good

On this I finish the tests, but talking to myself is not interesting, all the owners of this stove "have sunk into summer"
Sandy
I can not help but show bread made from coarse flour (without the addition of wheat).

Natka8
Hi Oksana! These are not the owners who have sunk, but their bread machines have probably sunk. Just kidding, of course, all the ovens are good! I had such a stove. She was my first ... By the way, I also chose for the pause, the highlight, its own program and beautiful appearance. It served for about two years somewhere, then it started to leak, then that thing in the baking chamber that was turning the shaft cracked.A couple of times I made jam in it out of inexperience (they say it's better not to do this), probably from this I began to leak ... In general, then I was still the baker You have all the bread for 5 points !!! Happy baking and may it last a long time!
Sandy
Natka8 hi thanks for responding
Well, if mine will serve for two years and thanks for that, you can buy another and then we'll see. I have Kenwood for soooo long and the infection has been working, and without waiting for it to break down, I decided to buy another. In general, the passport says that Binaton has a service life of 3 years
For me, useless programs are these fast ones and jam (we don't eat it) and the one that I like best is the "home baker" it seems to me if she was alone and this can be limited
Natka8
Yes, Oksana, fast ones are not really needed as for me. And I used the Home baker only for rye bread, and I installed the program once, the stove remembered it and then baked rye on it. In general, we don't like dark bread, I can't, but mine is enough once a month. And white and with the addition of whole grain flour baked on the main prog. Now I have a little delfa - very happy, but I liked the dough mode more in binatosha, but nothing, I love this one too
