In my family, rye bread is practically not eaten. I mainly bake coarse wheat bread. Therefore, the question is more antiresponsive than practical.
HP, which can officially bake rye bread, are equipped with special mixers with a smaller area. Kmk, the only purpose of such mixers is to reduce the load on the HP engine, since the rye bun is tighter.
So I thought - if you put "rye stirrers" in Orion, then in theory you can easily make rye bread ??
Or is the difficulty not only in this?

I have two HP and none of them have "rye stirrers" and the "Rye Bread" program, but !!! I bake rye bread all the time, I get the right bread !!! The dough is perfectly kneaded with ordinary wheat bread spatulas! And everyone chooses the baking program for rye bread for himself, or rather, for his HP. The forum has a whole thread about this: RYE IN A BREADMARK IF THERE IS NO FUNCTION.

Oh, thank you very much, I somehow missed this topic.
I was just afraid that the HP engine would be bent from too much load.

I bake rye bread in my hp on the whole grain mode.
