tigra-tigrica , unfortunately the photo is not enlarged and there is no way to read what you have on the panel.
Our time is also increased by the "pressure preservation" button. We have a maximum time for each program.

ABOUT! While I was writing, you are already in advance ..
Where did you find such a miracle? Everything is straight in Ukrainian. It's time for you to open a new topic

And what do you still have on top of it ON A PAIR? Show it in all its glory

And what is your max time. I think you can stew on "steamed meat" and for a very long time, but if you believe the recipes. Hours are not set, only minutes (59).

I found this miracle in Odessa. Purely Ukrainian product. I took it through my friend, so the seller (he) even told her how to cook borscht or tried.

Do you have a stand for the couple? You have expanded the range of buttons, so that the buyer "fiddled". What time do you have for steaming programs?
We also have only minutes. Now I do not remember exactly how long for which program, each program has its own maximum time. I only remember BEANS the longest 60 minutes you can do. Somewhere in the middle of the topic, I wrote about the duration of each program.

And what is the price, if not a secret?
RybkA
I found about the maximum time:
BEANS - 60 minutes, SOUP - 40, Porridge - 35, BAKERY - 33, MEAT - 30, FISH - 20 and forgot about RICE - 20 minutes.
tigra-tigrica
The power of my sv is 1000 W, capacity is 6 liters, diameter is 22 cm, slave. pressure 0-70, maximum pressure -90, temp. in heating mode 60-80, cooking time 0-90 min. (where to look for these 90 minutes)
Time for preparing:
steamed meat-12 (12-59) cutlet-20 (14-59)
seafood-6 (6-59) fish-8 (8-59)
eggs - 5 (5-59) pork-10 (10-59)
it's all for a couple
soup-20 (20-59) bird-15 (12-59)
beans-30 (25-59) beef-30 (30-59)

pilaf-14 (14-59) porridge-13 (1-59)
fig. porridge-13 (1-59) baking-45 (40-59)
tigra-tigrica
There is no stand. The basket from under the Aurora is free to play. I am not fooled by the buttons, it is clear that you can limit yourself to one "steam" button. We did not get the price of 659 gr. About auto-programs it is not clear at all.
RybkA
An interesting thing, there are so many programs for PAIR and there is no stand. Okay, we don't have a separate program for STEAM, so I don't think there is a stand either. But I cook vegetables for salads entirely on the MEAT program in 12-15 minutes, everything is ready from beet to potatoes. I add water literally to close the bottom.
And how is porridge different from RICE porridge?

cooking time 0-90 min. (where to look for these 90 minutes)
You try to peep each program to the maximum time, I think these 90 minutes will appear somewhere.

For porridge and rice. porridge I have the same reaction. I ran all the programs for a time of -90 no, only 59 minutes. And it wouldn’t hurt to cook something in it. And baked goods with a closed valve?

Once again I tried to find 90min., But alas. I checked beans, beef, soup, porridge. Now I put potatoes, beet, carrots on steamed meat. We must start somewhere.
tigra-tigrica
For a beet 12 min. was not enough. I put it on for another 6 minutes. I want to put the liver on a pate, so I'm thinking about which program is better to define it.
IRR
yeah, I see, I see, a good saucepan, like in my expensive Moulinex. This means that you can also pay attention to such a device. I wanted to see the valve on the lid, but God bless him, everything is so clear. You write to us here, we will follow your culinary achievements in mastering such a useful subject.

shl. liver on pate - you don't need much - put on the bird. How many do you have there by default? 30 minutes under pressure, I think it will be enough... Beef - 30 minutes , I saw - put the beef.
IRR

The valve there is such a black thing, if I then take a close-up of something. It still seems to me that I am closing it badly. Buriak squeaked. I'm going to check the readiness.
The valve should not sit straight, it should sag under its own weight. and it is easy to rise with your fingers, and then lower under your own weight. design features.

you have it closed - in the middle - you can see it on the lid. And to the right and to the left - a thousand skid - it is open. Try to turn it back and forth and you will understand. Only when the pan is cold.
tigra-tigrica
The valve generally dangles, so they take doubts about me, but since the pressure is injected, it means it is closed.
RybkA
tigra-tigrica , and what did they take in Vicoteca?
And my saucepan also has the same divisions, the last division is 4/5 ... but we have 5 liters, and yours is 6 liters, like? .. It's kind of strange ...
The valve is loose, this is normal, it will then be sucked in during operation.
tigra-tigrica
Yes, they took it in Vicoteca. 6 l. probably there is, when I opened the box, then first of all I was interested in the bowl, or rather its size, when I saw it, I did not believe in 6 liters and went to try it on to Aurora, but she did not enter it. But the Aurora bowl fit very well in the Vico bowl. The instructions say that the max is 12 m. Art. rice and on the bowl you can see.
The fact of the matter is that the valve is not sucked in during operation, it can be easily moved to the side and then hissing and spitting begins. Probably the design features, since this does not affect the work.
IRR
In the Elbe pressure cooker, the bowl is covered with aluminum on the outside, like in a Panasonic cartoon and in inexpensive rice cookers, but here it is the same inside and out.

Tiger!how? boiled beets and liver? liked? fast?
tigra-tigrica
The beets had to be put 2 more times, but this is not St.'s fault, this is a problem in the beets, they have already aged with wood fibers. This is the first time I've seen this. I cut the beets with homemade mayonnaise and gave them to the dog and the cat. They ate it. I liked the liver, but I got a lot of liquid. I put it on the baked goods with the lid open, there was a very strong boil, I got tired of waiting, I turned off the pan, I drained some of the liquid. I chopped it with my foot, which I had not done before, usually twisted it 2-3 times in a meat grinder. It turned out to be a very delicate pate. I thought it would be watery, but no, I froze safely in the refrigerator. Now I'm playing with porridge for my tailed beasts. 5.5 bowls of rice chaff + water on the last line. Prog fig. porridge, time 5 minutes (I was more afraid to put, suddenly run away), but with the same success it was possible to set 1 min. More than 20 minutes have passed, and she is not going to relieve pressure. I'm winding circles around her, and you see, she's still cooking. So, while I was clattering here, she deigned to relieve the pressure. The porridge is ready. It looks like jelly or jellied meat without gelatin. In Aurora, it seems to be faster than an hour on the soup and that's it, but 5 liters. In short, you still need to try.
Nathani
And who else will tell you better to bake a biscuit with an open valve?
And then on Sunday I got a little flattened zebra
RybkA
Nathani , I baked Prague cakes with the valve closed. The biscuit turned out very well. It grew evenly and was not dry, otherwise it turned out to be stone on the edge in the oven. Only it sticks to the bottom a little, so I cut out a circle and paper and to the bottom.
tigra-tigrica
I am reporting further. Cooking soup.I fried carrots, onions, legs from duck on a bird. Fried to a beautiful crust. Potatoes + water + laurel. leaf + peppercorns and soup. Then the steam program with the lid open - poured raw eggs + small paste in the form of stars + grated cheese + salt, spices. The asterisks were cooked turned off. Conclusion: in mv it is easier.
tigra-tigrica
Now about baking. Baked a biscuit for 3 eggs and a muffin. The biscuit rose by 0.5 cm, the cake, in my opinion, was higher in its raw state. In short, two cakes turned out and if the biscuit is edible, then the cake is some kind of wet. In general, my dogs have a holiday today. More about the baking mode. The pressure at the beginning seems to be like being pumped up, but in reality it is not. It turns out that this mode is the same as in a simple mv. And as in Elby with this regime - there is pressure or not. At the beginning I thought that something was wrong with St., but when I put the liver on the pate, I saw that everything was as it should be, that is, under pressure. So far, only the quality of the bowl pleases (I knock on wood) the baked goods fly out of it, it seems to me even if you do not lubricate with oil, the result will be the same. Yes, this brand also has a 4L MV, but I don’t know which functions. Interestingly, the quality of the bowl is the same as that of St. or another.
tigra-tigrica
I looked at my cutaway biscuit and calmed down. The diameter of the bowl is larger than in Aurora and Panas. Only 3 eggs and one bowl each (from under Panas) flour and sugar. With all my desire, the biscuit cannot be very high.

Hello, I want to join you. I apologize in advance for the stupid question The other day I was presented with a cartoon, really the instruction leaves much to be desired. I don't really understand how to deal with the valve. I read a little here, you have already prepared so much of everything in it and you handle everything so easily that I was already ashamed that I did not understand everything in it I understood that if the valve is closed, it means it works like a pressure cooker, if it is open - multicooker. Tell me please, when the valve is open, you can cook soup or only when it is closed. And in general, you can cook with closed and open and how to handle it, something I'm afraid of him: pardon: Once again I apologize for the stupid question
dok-tor4
You need to cook the soup with the valve closed, otherwise you risk doing general cleaning in the kitchen.
Actually, I cook everything with the valve closed and I don't bother with this issue. It's a pressure cooker.
SergeP
Hello!
here I was tormented .. I was tormented with the choice of this miracle of the multicooker-pressure cooker technique and had already decided to take Panasonic-18, ... when I came across your forum - and that's all .. I already ordered Elbi, he will come tomorrow
So get ready for a new user and for answers to new questions on the use of this unit

I cook borscht now only in a cartoon!
I read a lot of cooking recipes and created my own by trial.
Borshchik turns out to be excellent!
Nathani
I am happy to share!

I turn the cartoon on to the baking mode, a little vegetable oil at the bottom, sauté the onion, then add the carrots, a little later the beets. I put it all out, then add the tomato (sauce, pasta, juice. Whichever you like).
To taste salt, pepper, sugar, vinegar. I turn off the cartoon.
Then I put pieces of meat on the vegetables (I usually have pork ribs or neck), lavrushka, peas, chopped card, cabbage and pour water over them so that they cover the cabbage.
I will also add a seasoning of 10 vegetables (Torchin) and put the broth on the mode (+ 15 minutes).
Bon Appetit!

Nathani! this is borsch * on the contrary *. We cook a lot like that And in a cartoon and in a pressure cooker. The advantage is minus the frying pan. On the site about 3 years ago, I read this trick.
tigra-tigrica
And potatoes with tomato juice in borscht are soft or oaky?
Nathani
Frankly, I get the most delicious borscht with homemade tomato juice (then I add more sugar).
And at the expense of potatoes. Then we always buy a variety that boils quickly.
SergeP
So the Miracle Casserole has come ...

only now it’s not clear .. and the lid should hang loose (not lie tight), otherwise something is dumb .. maybe some detail was not given to me ...the instructions say "O-ring", but it is not clear - is this the gum that is attached to the filter or something else should be ??? tell me, pliz?
Nathani
Congratulations!
The lid is not super-tight. The ring is the elastic band
SergeP
Interesting .. but how then the pressure will be created if the lid really backlash by + - 0.3 cm. ??
By the way, if anyone is looking for this miracle of technology called the ELBEE-25003 Multicooker, then there is one more place of sale (besides the ones mentioned above), where I actually bought it:

Will be, will be! Close the main valve.
Congratulations on your purchase!

Will be, will be! Close the main valve.

but with the valve there is a separate question: the valve is just a metal piece in a plastic case that hangs out and, like the lid, is not tightly fastened ???
Nathani
Yeah, he just hangs out
SergeP
good day!
new "stupid". probably a question for the "experts":
it was said earlier that "over time" is the cooking time after the pressure has accumulated .. then it turns out that if you cook without a lid or with an open valve, then the cooking time is infinite ??? since the pressure will not build up and, accordingly, the countdown will not come ???
dok-tor4
Not. Cooking will not go on indefinitely. The temperature sensor will still work and the countdown will go.
SergeP
Well .. I didn't believe you, dear experts)))
I created the following experiment: I poured half a container of water and put it on the first "rice" program that came across, reduced the time to 2 minutes and did not install the lid - as a result, 40 minutes passed, the water was boiling, the whole kitchen was in steam, and the countdown did not start. .. and just put the lid on, literally a minute or two passed, the pressure was formed, probably the valve that is somewhere inside worked, and the countdown began, after which the "Prece Cooker" turned off and successfully switched to heating mode! (by the way, and immediately the question is, how much is it maximum in this mode, by default ???)
From this experiment on our highly respected miracle of technology, it follows that it can only work as a pressure cooker, under pressure, and without it, that is, as a multicooker, alas, it is not capable, probably, since with a closed lid and an open valve, it has not yet carried out such mockery of it ...
.. although .. let's do it now

well, here's the result: again put on the first mode that came across, this time it was "fish and eggs" (how cool it sounds), for 2 minutes and the valve in the Exhaust position (tobish is open), such as the multicooker mode - and figurines , nothing happened, because again the kitchen is all in a pair, the "cooker" hisses and splashes, but the countdown did not start, after 20-25 minutes, he did not torture further - he turned it off. Conclusion - We have the most that we have a SKIER and it can only work as a pressure cooker and nothing else (well, even as a frying pan) and you cannot compare it with multicooker, because it is wrong ..

(now it's interesting, but how do multi-cookers like Panasonic actually work ???) (I hope to get the answer in the net, without resorting to buying Panas and setting up experiments on it)

And by the way, there is no temperature sensor along the way!

And one more remark: according to observations, I found out that at the moment when the "cooker" goes into the countdown mode, the heating element turns off and the pressure is simply maintained, which is actually said in the instructions (and at first I thought that the translation of the curve instruction was actually in fact, this is the cooking time .. but there are no stews .. all the same, the effect of a pressure cooker and when the countdown goes on, it simply maintains the temperature so that the pressure it needs is maintained! ... - although this is the cooking time, by and large ..)

In general, a little more and we will understand what we really own, and how to use it optimally to please ourselves.
SergeP
After lengthy experiments to test Elby's strength and functionality, a couple of dishes were prepared (milk porridge, buckwheat with meat, and meat from the freezer in pieces + -7x5cm.frozen, right with buckwheat together, and after 17 minutes we enjoyed ... the taste of porridge is incomparable and the meat is soft) and just gasped ...
This is just a phenomenal Alby thing!
It cooks very bistro, preserving all vitamins and minerals .. the taste is simply exceptional, cannot be compared with cooked on the stove!
It is very easy to use and only the filter and the container itself are creased, which is very nice.
We are very pleased with the purchase and BIG thanks to the Forum users for the information thanks to which this miracle of Elby was acquired. After all, the price is 450 UAH. this is not yet 1600 UAH. for Panasonic, with about the same functionality.
And now we are thinking that we should also buy one for Mom and probably an additional saucepan for ourselves and enjoy life, and let Elby cook
Recommended for purchase! (quality-price is beyond praise)

Good day! I look closely at the Elby pressure cookers with great interest. Help me determine the need for a device, please. I am interested in the ability of the electric pan in "SPEED" There is a traditional multicooker on the farm.

I understand that at first there is a set of pressure, then the temperature regime at high pressure is worked out, and then the pressure is released. It is clear that with high pressure, the cooking time is short, for example, 20 minutes, but the periods of pressure build-up and release are also included during the actual cooking of dishes.
: flowers: Please tell me how much real time (taking into account the set-release of pressure) is required for broth, dishes from cereals, vegetables, meat, poultry. Are there any special features of cooking in a pressure cooker that should be prepared for? The "Bake" function works without high pressure, probably? Perhaps you can advise where exactly you can order the Elby pressure cooker now at the most attractive price. Thank you!
dok-tor4
In reality, time is spent only on pressure build-up and cooking. Dumping steam, if you are not waiting for a hunt, is done manually and takes a couple of minutes. To prepare a pork shank of 1.5 kg and, accordingly, 3.5 liters of broth on it, yesterday it took me 45 minutes (15-20 minutes heating and 25 minutes of cooking, and the shank was boiled sooo well). Porridge cooks faster. Well, about 0.5l of cereal - 1l of water. Cooking time 20min. Cook shop chicken 25 minutes, running homemade chicken 30-35 minutes.
Vegetables are boiled (I cook all together for a vinaigrette) 25 minutes. Today is pilaf. Together with frying, 1 hour.
I bought this device from a young man here on the site. Price 450 UAH Pay for delivery yourself. If you are interested, write. I'll give him his soap and phone number.
TyominaAlyona
Thank you! And baking is done without putting pressure on?

Please tell me, when the cooking process is finished, the yellow light does not blink (as written in the instructions), but two incomplete sixes are on the display, what does it mean?

This means that the pressure cooker has finished the cooking process and has automatically switched to preheating mode. (Nothing flashes - really .. the instruction is not quite from this unit.) And these numbers "66" - probably the heating temperature ...
How much it will heat up is still unknown .. about an hour it heats up for sure - it's checked, and then xs .. I asked the question in the studio there is no answer yet, since probably no one has tested this function to the end ..
