Fruit cake with pudding

The basis is shortcrust pastry.

65 gr butter or margarine
65 grams of sugar + a bag of vanilla sugar
1 egg
150 gr flour + 1 tsp. spoon without a slide of baking powder.
Knead the dough quickly and refrigerate.

Filling.

1st option.
500 ml of orange juice, 2 bags (37 g each) of vanilla pudding + 100 g of sugar + 4-5 apples grate on a coarse grater.

2nd option.
500 ml cherry compote, 2 bags of chocolate pudding + 100 g sugar + carefully strained compote cherries.

3rd option.
We take a large can (gross weight 800 g, net weight 480 g) of any fruit in its own juice, drain the liquid, add up to 500 ml with any juice, compote or water + 2 bags of vanilla pudding + sugar (depending on the sweetness of the liquid from the can) + fruits from the jar.

Cook the pudding with juice, compote and add fruits (fresh or from compote). Cool the filling slightly.
Line a mold with a diameter of 26 cm with baking paper, distribute the dough along the bottom (the sides do not need to be made). Put the filling on top and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about an hour.
Cover the cooled cake with cream:
Whip 200 grams of sour cream or cream with 60 grams of sugar + a bag of vanilla sugar. Sprinkle with cocoa powder on top.

Lina , there is no difference between our puddings. On a German bag, they also suggest cooking with 500 ml of milk.
This is the case when you don't need to read the instructions on the packaging!
Make a cake according to the recipe, you can't go wrong.
