Mushroom soup made from frozen mushrooms in a Panasonic multicooker

Cooking method

  • 1st stage:
  • Put the roast, chopped potatoes, washed barley in a saucepan. Fill with water (I filled in ~ 2 liters). Enable mode Steaming - 10 min.
  • 2nd stage:
  • When the multicooker beeps, press the off button. (but do not pull the cord out of the network). While the water is bubbling, dip a spoonful of cheese into a saucepan (the cheese will immediately slide off a chilled metal spoon in bubbling water). Throw mushrooms, bay leaves and turn on the mode Extinguishing - 2 hours 30 minutes In 30 min. until the end - throw salt (I threw 1 tsp. rock salt) and freshly ground black pepper and mix.
