Sour cream cake with sour cream in a Panasonic multicooker

Ingredients

For the basics:
Wheat flour 2 tbsp.
(320 g)
Sugar
(you can put 1 tbsp.,
if you like sweeter)
0.5 tbsp.
Egg 2 pcs.
15% sour cream 1 tbsp.
Soda 1 tsp

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with sugar (I beat in a blender). Pour soda into a glass of sour cream and leave for 2-3 minutes. Pour "lemon sugar", sour cream into the egg mixture, add flour and stir (but do not beat!). Pour the mixture into a MV saucepan. Baking mode -60 + 20 minutes.
  • For the cream:
  • sour cream 30% -250 gr.
  • condensed milk-100 gr.
  • cognac-1/2 tbsp. l.
  • lemon juice-1 / 2-1 tbsp. l.
  • Beat the sour cream into a lush mass, little by little, pour condensed milk, brandy and lemon juice under the mixer blades. That's it, the cream is ready.
  • Cut the cooled crust into two halves and sandwich with cream.

For dessert, I prepared a modest cake for homemade tea for my sweet tooth ...

I took the "Black Prince" recipe from an old recipe notebook as a basis. Slightly adjusted it to those products that were in the refrigerator and that's what happened.

The cake has a very pleasant lemon aroma. Mine ate with great pleasure, however, as always!
