Ingredients

Beef brisket, pork brisket smoked on ribs 350-400 grams
Bulb onions 1 PC.
Carrot 1 PC.
Garlic Crush 1-2 teeth
Sweet pepper 1/3 red
Fresh tomatoes 3-4 pcs. cream
Potatoes 2 pcs.
Split peas yellow 1 cup dry
Soup spices 1 tsp
Fresh greens 2 tbsp. l.
Roasting oil 0.5 tbsp. l.
Salt taste
Water about 1 liter
For filling ready-made soup:
Sliced ​​green onions, sour cream.

Cooking method

  • Cut the meat and all vegetables into pieces.
  • We heat the pan with oil on browning mode, put meat, vegetables, spices (except potatoes and herbs) and fry, simmer for a few minutes. Turn off the Browning mode.
  • Add potatoes, peas (do not soak!), Herbs, water, salt to taste into the pan.
  • Exhibiting Multi-cook mode 15 minutes, 110 * and bring it to readiness.
  • The peas boiled very well until mashed potatoes, thickened the liquid in the soup, and became richly tasty.
  • Serve with green onions and sour cream.
  • SUPER TASTY!

Lentils, white and colored beans, green and yellow peas, whether peeled or unrefined, are nutritious foods. The leguminous fruits contain a significant amount of lezitin, vitamin E, proteins and minerals. However, they also contain an excessive amount of acid. Therefore, on the table, leguminous fruits should always be served with potatoes or vegetables, as well as sauerkraut. The most valuable legumes are the soybeans grown in East Asia, which are considered the most complete proteins. Soups, sauces are prepared from them, they are added to minced meat, as well as to cookies.
The legumes should be sorted out, rinsed and soaked in water for 12-24 hours. This soaking will significantly reduce the cooking time. The water in which the legumes have been soaked is naturally added to the cooking water.
Legumes soften less in hard, lime-containing water, so boil the water first. The specially prepared legumes available on the market do not require pre-soaking, they only need to be cooked for 10 minutes and let stand for 5 minutes. The pod fruit dish should be salted after boiling and seasoned with vinegar, mayonnaise or sour cream.
