Ingredients

Bear meat 700-800g
Bulb onions 3 pcs.
Carrot 1 PC.
Bulgarian red pepper 2 pcs.
Ketchup (tomato paste, sauce) 100-200g. + water to the required volume
Salt pepper taste
Flour for breading
Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method

  • If you are as lucky as me and your husband are a successful hunter, then this recipe is for you. The rest I ask you not to throw your slippers!
  • Wash the bear meat, dry it, cut into large pieces (50-100g). Season with salt, pepper, breaded in flour and fry over high heat until golden brown. This must be done in order to keep the juice in the meat.
  • Cut onions, carrots, peppers into small cubes.
  • In a MV saucepan, mix the meat with vegetables and pour over the ketchup / water mixture. The meat must be completely covered.
  • High mode 6 hours.
  • The meat turns out to be soft, without a specific aftertaste !!!
  • For the oven (in a saucepan with a thick bottom and with the lid closed) and multicooker, reduce the time to 3 hours.
