  • The most delicious Focaccia is obtained from this recipe.
  • Knead and let the dough rise twice.
  • Pour olive oil (1.5 tablespoons) onto a baking sheet and dip the dough in it.
  • I greased the top with a blank of fresh rosemary in oil, sprinkled with dry garlic, and put chopped olives.

Just beyond praise, amazing, delicate focaccia !!! Recommend.

And for focaccia, and not only, I made the following blank:
Fresh rosemary

not very finely cut

pour olive oil.

I use focacci to lubricate:
grease the focacci blank with this mixture, you can add garlic, coarse sea salt

Make the dough, of course, in a bread maker, and baking, of course, in the oven (focacci and pizzas, as well as dumplings, our bread makers have not yet learned how to bake - while the current is the dough for such delicious treats.

Misha, the focaccia is super!
What diameter is your shape?

Misha, the focaccia is super!
And what is your shape?

Stern, thank you, I baked the focaccia in the same form in which I usually bake pizza - with a diameter of 30 cm. It should also be taken into account that the dough rises well according to this recipe. And if you take a smaller form, the focaccia will come out thicker and higher, respectively.
smok
How long was it baked, and at what temperature?
Misha
The baking time is approximate, 35-40 minutes, the temperature was chosen as follows: I heated the oven to 230 * C, then removed the temperature to 180 * C and put the dish with focaccia to bake.
Nattusik
Magnificent focaccia. Thank you so much for the recipe. ... What happens if olive oil is replaced with vegetable oil? I ran out of olive oil, and I'm too lazy to run to the store
----------------
Oil changed. Home substitutes did not notice at all. Now I hear in a day-When will the cake be? Thank you so much for the wonderful recipe

Nattusik , eat to your health!
And the oil, of course, can be replaced with any other, but olive is, of course, a classic of the genre. And it fits very well here, it goes well with rosemary.

Sorry if I ask stupid questions
How long does it take to cook before baking? (about)
What does it mean to "redeem" the dough on a baking sheet if the baked goods are in a mold?
MISHA, you can have a little more detail on the cooking process. I liked your cake very much, but I'm still an inexperienced baker

Tatunya , if you are an inexperienced baker, but you have a super-duper assistant in dough matters (judging by the inscription - Moulinex 5004 bakery) - do not stew, make the dough for focaccia in it, and you will know the exact time.
And to redeem means to redeem, to dump, .. as you like, and anywhere, on a baking sheet or in a round pizza form - all the same. It will turn out equally tasty !!!

Stеrn, I am sincerely simply delighted with your talents, both culinary and unexpectedly poetic !!!

Bake, eat to your health, and manage not to gain weight (it helps me - not to eat after six ...)
Regarding the proofing - I proofed like a regular yeast.
Stern
Misha , Thank you!!!
I also defended Focaccia, but decided to clarify with the author.
(it would help me too ... if I could not eat after six)
Talyovochka
Misha Thanks a lot for the focaccia recipe and the rosemary advice. I also cut it into a jar of olive oil.
We liked the focaccia very much!

LaRuNa
Hello everyone! I looked at the photo - I almost choked with saliva. How do you think you can use dried rosemary? - with us you will not find fresh in the afternoon with fire, but you want to bake
Misha
Why not.
alyona

Misha, thank you very much for the recipe, very tasty True, it did not brown well for me and the crumb is a little different in consistency, but everything was softened with appetite and satisfied rumbling almost instantly

Low bow to you for the recipe. The bread is great! Delicious, aromatic and very satisfying! It reminds me of the taste of Bulgarian pyrlenka (original parlenka) Yesterday I produced the same miracle and today I cannot show myself in another attempt.

Good people, welcome my focaccio baked in the Hotter HX1057 Elite Airfryer!
Focaccia with rosemary and olives
The baking temperature is 235 degrees, the speed is high, the time is 45 minutes. It tastes a little dry. It tastes better in the oven
Enjoy your bread!

Professionals, tell me, please, what does it mean to * give 2 times to pass the test *?
Misha, you, as I see, have the same bread-baking machine as mine. Tell me, is it better to knead the dough on the Pelmeni or Pizza mode? will she do it right?

Teen_tinka
:) kneaded the dough ... put it in a warm place ... waited until it came up (doubled) - this time, kneaded (kneaded it again after lifting), put it back in a warm place (again we are waiting for a doubling ...) - this is two...
It seems so ..
Veronika89
oh, here it is, thank you))) maybe you can tell me about kneading dough in a bread maker? in what mode, for example)))
Teen_tinka
if double lifting of the dough is necessary, then in HP it is possible on the test in the main program (for you like Panasonic), I do it on it. You can try it on pizza, but hardly on dumplings.
In the instructions for your stove, there is a page dedicated to the modes and time allotted for certain operations. Here is the link on our forum: https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&Itemid=99&topic=25034.0

I'm with a photo report. It is really delicious !!!

Veronika89
Tinka, yes I have Panasonic. thanks for the information. I looked at the table. I was confused by the small time for the rise in Pizza and one batch-rise in the Main. How to be? to combine these 2 modes?
Teen_tinka
I do this focaccia in the main mode. I take out the dough, form a cake for the oven.Let me come up in the oven (with a light bulb) mi.30. And I bake.
I have not tried it on dumplings (she has very little time ...).
Try it on Pizza (you will experiment at the same time). ... I think it will work - because I sometimes knead open pies with mushrooms and jam on it.
Teen_tinka
In general, such a dough is similar in composition to the "universal" dough from the PAF-moment yeast package. So it should come out - it is really universal !!!
Veronika89
Tinka, thanks. I will definitely try one of these days.

Misha! Here I am with my gratitude.
The children really liked the bread. Even the youngest, who does not eat olives, ate focaccia.
And this is my progress report

Focaccia with rosemary and olives
Top with rosemary with olive oil, olives and granulated garlic. There was no coarse salt at home.

Has anyone made focaccia with dry yeast?
Mila007
Can be done with dry ones. If you replace, then the proportions of dry to live 1: 3, and dry fast-acting to live 1: 2
Mila007
Confused .. On the contrary .. In the first case 1: 2, and in the second 1: 3

Today I tried the clay "stone" for pizza on your recipe. I made all sorts of different cakes from it, I just wanted to get used to how to throw them on a hot stone.
Oh, what a wonderful dough! Indeed, it rises magnificently. Kneading in X / p in dough mode, I have it - 1 hour and 40 minutes.
The cakes are still unprepossessing in appearance, but very tasty! I stole the dough for "eternal use", but here's a photo:

MishaThank you so much for the recipe for this wonderful focaccia! She struck me first with its appearance, and now with its taste. Rosemary and sea salt were bought especially for the recipe. I worked with rosemary for the first time - amazing taste and aroma. I prepared it according to your recommendation in olive oil. The children asked to bake it again tomorrow. Even the cat ate focaccia olives, and she is very fussy. I brought you a thank you!

I made focaccia, may the author forgive me, made changes to the recipe: I made it on dough, so it lifted aaaaaaas and turned out to be very lush. Olives and rosemary were not added. Here ...
🔗 Thank you Misha per recipe
Infinity83
made your focaccia, just replaced the shivers with dry-instant 2 tsp. with HB and instead of rosemary, my collection of Provencal herbs went and not olives, but slices of tomatoes, added herbs to the dough and sprinkled on the dough, grind this focaccia off the table, everyone really liked it, and the child said that next time the focaccia would be with sausage and cheese
thanks for the recipe
now I will do it often
