Multipovar program - pressureless cooking

Information provided by the site 🔗

You can cook without pressure using the Multipovar program. To relieve pressure, after pressing the "Start" button, immediately press and hold the "Timer / Reset" button until the sound signal. After the beep, the valve will click and the information screen will change from "under pressure" to "no pressure". The pressure can be relieved only in the first 10 seconds after pressing the "Start" button.

Important note: In the programmed programs (on a light background), the pressure is not released.

I read your reviews and caught fire, bought it. I experimented all day.
Please answer, who knows - in many recipes it is indicated to press the Multi-cook button, set the time and press "Cooking under pressure". This is the turbo button, ??? I have a cuckoo 1010. After "Multipovar" turbo is not pressed!

Pressure Cooking, just Cooking and Turbo are all the same button.
As "Turbo" on Multipovar, it will not start.
Turbo starts only on the High pressure program - double click

Thanks for the answer. Then you can skip the recipe book?

I think that this is the only drawback of the recipe book for 1010 - that they call one button three different names, and in general, the recipe book from the 1010 model is very good (unlike 1054), so you can even watch

And yet I misunderstand something. Okay, you can call one button different "turbo" or "Cooking under pressure". But here it is clearly written ___ select the "multi-cook" mode in the menu, setting the time to 20 minutes. and press the "Pressure Cooking" button. But pressing "m. Chef" - to go back and press high pressure, well, it just doesn't work. If possible, explain to the "backward" in plain language what we press for what.

By choosing Multicook - no need to go back anywhere, just click this button in the picture below and that's it and the Multi-Cook will start

Let's define the concepts from their recipe book:

Do not confuse - this is - modes cooking - you can choose only one of them:

- High pressure
- Low pressure
- Multi-cook
- etc

But this - Cooking / Turbo / Pressure Cooking - it's all one button - it starts, that is, it starts the mode you have chosen.
Well, it's just that in the recipe book they idiotically called this button Cooking under pressure, which confuses the people

Big "merci" to you, otherwise I already thought that the bride was caught! I will continue to experiment with such helpful guides.

For what purposes is pressureless cooking usually used?
bread crust
I also have a question about the Multipovar program in Kuku 1054? It says that it is optimal to cook at 110 *, and if the recipe says 120 * and the time 15 ", how will the time be recalculated at 110 *?
Aunt Besya
I would put 18-20 minutes

I did not notice a special and big difference at 120 and 110 * C in the quality of the finished product.

I prefer to cook at 110 * C, I think it's enough, and the quality of the dish is good.

Time is determined empirically.
Can be subtracted by 2-3 minutes versus 110 * C

Good day!
Forgive me if I write in the wrong topic.
I bought a multicooker Cuckoo-HE1055F, but I can't understand, according to the "multi-cook" program, the minimum time is set to 10 minutes. Is this some kind of marriage? or am I doing something wrong?

This is not a marriage, it is - you can only exhibit from 10 minutes.
Here we have a Temka for this Cuckoo:

10 minutes is the time it takes for a multicooker to set and release pressure.
