Pike 1.5 kg
Parsley 2 bunches
Bow 3 pcs.
Flour 3 tbsp. l.
Salt, pepper to taste

It is based on a recipe from the book by L. Lagutina "What to cook after a successful hunt or fishing."
Pike, peel, wash, cut into pieces.
In a MV saucepan, mix the chopped parsley, salt and pepper. Add pike pieces and stir. Add flour. Stir again. Leave on for 30 - 60 minutes.
Finely chop the onion. Add to the pike. Mix.
Beat milk with eggs, salt. Pour the pike. The milk should cover the fish completely.
Cook for 3 hours high, 2 hours on heating.
Serve with gravy.
Delicious!!! The husband said - a masterpiece !!!
Py. sy. 1. You can cook in pots in the oven (time about an hour) or in a slow cooker on the "Stew" mode. 2. If bones confuse you, you can prepare fillets in the same way.

Cooking time: 6 hours
Cooking program: 3 hours high, 2 hours heated.

Mistletoe and even though the photo does not open for me - I feel in my gut that the recipe is cool, but where can I get the pike? (A rhetorical question.) Can any fish be cooked like that?
Well, in the answer, a beautiful photo appeared, a class fish.

Omela
Natalia, leave to marinate, do not cook.
mowgli
Mistletoe, put the fish according to your recipe, just put down a mixture of rustic vegetables and I got 2 layers of vegetables and 2 layers of fish ... changed a little ... and took the fish, some kind of, like a lane ... Well and everything is exactly like yours ...

girls don't get used to it being slow, in general, you need to cook at night, otherwise I jump up and run looking like a fool ... Oooooo delicious. Today I'll take it to work to try ... And the photo of Nuno?
Photo, photo ... and then it turns out that the pieces of fish merge with vegetables .. I took the fish fillet and at least large pieces, but something behind the vegetables is not visible ... Or I am not a photograph ..
but I will definitely say that I will cook more than once, thanks for the recipe ..

Mistletochka, I made tilapia yesterday ... it turned out delicious, but the pike seems to me to be tastier
Omela
Liza, well, that's a matter of taste! But without bones!
olesia32
and in a frying pan with a lid can be done in an electric oven?
Nikollete
And after 6 hours in the slow cooker, the bones are not felt in the pike? And if you make a cartoon for how long to put on "extinguishing", if under pressure?
Omela

olesia32 , of course you can in the oven. About an hour at 200C.

Nikollete , the bones of course remain. I would put it in a pressure cooker under pressure for about 30 minutes.

Tell me, what is HIGH? If in Shteba - put this on languor, 80 degrees?
Alexandra
Probably high is like "slow"? I set the languor and temperature to 88 degrees, it never happens again, and the time is 3 hours. I doubt it - pike worms do not survive at this temperature ??? What is the temperature in other slow cookers on high?
Omela
Alexandra, high is a high mode, there is also a low one. Tem-ru did not measure. Theoretically, it should be somewhere in the region of 90-99C, that is, there is a slow boiling. If in doubt about worms, cook in the traditional way I (and many on this forum) make both meat and fish in a slow cooker.
Alexandra
If 90 gr. - then I should be fine. I just read that "high" is 138 grams. in slow cookers, though with the proviso that see the instructions. If I change it now, then to a regime with pressure. While it is already 20 minutes. 85 gr.
Omela
I won't say anything about your multicooker - I don't know. As a last resort, increase the Cooking Time.
Alexandra
Since you are still boiling, I changed it too, did 0.3 bar and 30 minutes, right? Or should I have left 0.7 bar?
Omela
Alexandra, I don't understand anything in bars. I have an automatic pressure cooker. You'd better ask about bars in the profile thread for your multicooker.

Omela, good day, but what if, according to this recipe, cutlets are made from pike? replace flour with a loaf, fry until crusty and leave to languish, but the cutlets won't crawl? Tell me what?
Omela
Julia, and where to put the cutlets? Slowly? I have never done it, I will not say. They are languishing for a maximum of 30 minutes.

I want to go to Shteba on languor. There is also a fish program there (but I think it will be rather weak for cutlets)
That would not stick together, you can in 2 rows, probably them on a stand with a bowl .... I don't even know. Pike for 4 kg, the family wants a cutlet and a DOT
Omela
I cooked on the "fish" program with sauce, everything was ready. Now I was just about to draw up a recipe.

Poke your nose where to go for the recipe.
Omela
Ok, I will insert the link .. only I, probably, did not put it exactly. I didn't cook cutlets, but fish in sauce on the "Fish" program.

Nothing terrible, the main thing is that they do not become dehydrated

Omela, why is the category in the subheading of the recipe: Yeast Bread? :-) :-) :-)
the recipe interested! I think I have a pike in the freezer ... I'll go look!
Omela
Sveta, by mistake of course, but now there is no one to fix it, there are no moderators in this thread.
