Ingredients

Chicken thighs 4-6 pieces
Marinade: 1 \ 2 pcs
Lemon juice 2-3 teeth
Garlic 1 tbsp. l
Salt taste
Pepper taste
Spices for chickens taste
Ginger grated 0.5 tsp
Honey 1 tbsp. l
Cut the bitter pepper into rings 1 PC
Dry white wine 75 ml.
Cognac 2 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil (for frying) 1-2 tbsp. l

Cooking method

  • 1.Dry the meat with a napkin.
  • 2.Make the marinade and pour it over the chicken, marinate for about 30 minutes.

  • 4.Pour vegetable oil into the pan, turn on Browning mode, level 3, time 10 minutes. Fry the meat until lightly browned. We transfer the finished meat to a separate bowl.
  • 5. Pour the prepared sauce into the saucepan in which the meat was fried, into the same oil. Let the sauce simmer for 1-2 minutes, so that the wine evaporates a little, and the sauce turns out.
  • Turn off the Browning mode.
  • 6. put the meat back into the pan, mix the meat with the sauce, pour on top.
  • 7.close the lid of the pan, turn on Oven mode, level 1, time 5-7 minutes... If this time is not enough, you can add a few more minutes.

Note

The result is chicken legs in a spicy sweet and sour sauce, with a golden brown crust!
