Clafoutis with plums and pears

Ingredients

Sugar 1-2 tbsp. l.
Starch 2st. l.
Flour 2 tbsp. l.
Baking powder 1 tsp
Milk 250-300 ml
Berries or fruits 600g
Egg 3 pcs
Cognac (if the dish is prepared only for adults, you can pour a couple of spoons of brandy into the dough) 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • 1. Beat eggs with sugar.
  • 2. Add all other ingredients except berries.
  • 3. Beat everything until a fluffy dough is obtained, similar to pancake dough.
  • 4. Place the berries on the bottom of the mold. And pour the dough.
  • It is better to eat it not hot, but warm, be sure to let it stand - the dough will thicken and acquire the desired consistency.

  • Baked on multi-cook mode 50 minutes... I baked it late in the evening, this dessert stood at night in the cuckoo with the lid open. And in the morning with coffee ... I didn't even want to go to work ... it was soooo delicious
