Buckwheat with vegetables (Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

Water 2 measuring cups
Fresh mushrooms (dried) to taste, soak dry beforehand, then cut
Fresh pumpkin 100-150 grams to taste, cut into cubes
Garlic Crush 1 clove
Bulb onions 1 medium (to taste)
Fresh greens 1 tbsp. l chopped
Salt, spices taste
Butter for frying
Buckwheat groats 1 measuring cup
I added some more balyk slicing, cut into strips.

Cooking method

  • Toasting:
  • We expose Browning mode, 10 minutes with a reserve, level 3.
  • We heat the oil, put all the vegetables and slices (if desired), spices - stir periodically.
  • After frying, turn off the Browning mode.
  • Multi-cook:
  • Add cereal, water, salt to the pan - mix.
  • We include Multi-cook mode, time 4 minutes, temperature 120 *.

LET'S TRY
This was the most difficult recipe in my practice of mastering the multicooker !!!!
I could never believe that buckwheat will be cooked in just 4 minutes of active time !!! Even after Tanyulia's recipe!
Cooked !!! La la la la
The groats are soft, there is enough liquid. And you don't need to cook longer!
