Fresh cabbage soup for Cuckoo 1054

Ingredients

Meat with bone (I have 400g of lean beef) 500-700g.
Water 2l.
White cabbage 600g.
Potatoes medium 2-3pcs.
Large carrots 1 PC.
Large onion 1sh.
Bay leaf 2-3pcs.
Dry mix of parsley root, celery, parsnip 1 st. l. with a slide
Vegetable oil 1 st. l.
Black pepper 2-3 peas
salt taste

Cooking method

  • Chop onions and carrots, fry with tomato puree and roots. Browning mode 3 level 3 minutes. Put the sautéed dish in a separate bowl.
  • Wash the meat, dry it, cut it (according to the rules, it should be cooked in one piece). Pour cold water up to the 2L mark. Oven mode 3 level 10 minutes. When it boils, immediately turn off the pan, remove the foam, wipe the edges of the pan with a towel. Do not go far from the pan, otherwise everything will run away over the edge !!!!!!!. In reality, it will take less time. Then set the Multipovar 110C mode for 5 minutes.
  • During this time, chop the cabbage. Peel and cut potatoes.
  • After the time has passed, add potatoes and cabbage to the meat. Multipovar 110C 10 minutes.
  • After the time has passed, salt to taste. Add bay leaves, peppers, chopped fresh tomatoes (if using). Close the lid and leave to heat for 15 minutes.
  • Serve with sour cream.
  • The broth is light.
  • The taste is intense. Now I cook cabbage soup just like that! And so happy with herself !!!
