I probably did something wrong, I thought that in the mode the dough should fit, since it took so long (2h20min, unlike Pizza), and after I pulled it out of the cotton almost immediately began to roll it out on the pan. After baking it was not airy at all, it practically did not rise. I made a double volume of food (the family is big ...) instead of parmesan I rubbed regular cheese on a fine grater, there was no garlic.
