Pizza from Karelsky Boulevard. The most not dietary.

Ingredients

Butter
melt in a saucepan over low heat
200 g
Milk 1 tbsp.
Eggs 3 pcs.
Add flour to a sour cream consistency of 20-25%
(well, the one we sell in Koptevo)
Seasonings from the heart.
Salt, white pepper, garlic, oregano
(or marjoram or thyme).
Options - curry, basil, tarragon
and so on.
Not parsley or dill.
And not chilli, not cayenne, not paprika.

Cooking method

  • After each step 2-5 mix with a mixer (whisk without ponte. 150-200 watts)
  • Pour the dough onto a baking sheet (scrape off the remains in the pan with a spoon on the same baking sheet).
  • Onions cut into rings so that the dough shines through;
  • Sausage, cut into cubes so that onions show through;
  • Tomatoes cut into rings so that sausage shines through;
  • Grated cheese so that nothing shines through.
  • At 180-190 degrees (well, this is on a spinner on a gas stove), bake until the bottom of the pizza acquires an alarmingly ruddy color.

Note

The pizza is juicy, fatty, thick. Well, in short, not pizza, but a heart attack to Italians. I don’t think they can imagine what we can replay here their national dish !!!
