  • I did it for the first time not only in a slow cooker, but in general, although I heard about the recipe for "lazy cabbage rolls" more than once. And having rummaged through the vastness of the Internet, I realized that they can be made in the form of meatballs and then stewed, or it can be done with one continuous casserole, it suited me more at the moment.
  • 1. Boil a glass of rice until semi-cooked.
  • 2. Chop the head of cabbage and squeeze a little salt.
  • 3. Make minced meat from your favorite meat or buy ready-made meat after chilling it. Season with salt and pepper.
  • 4. Grease the slow cooker with sunflower oil, bottom and sides.
  • 5. Put a layer of cabbage, on it a layer of meat mixed with rice, if there is enough cabbage, another layer of meat and a layer of cabbage - the last layer should be cabbage. I got 2 layers - cabbage-minced meat-cabbage (the head of cabbage was small
  • 6. Simmer on a strong High setting - 4 hours.
  • 7. After 2 hours, when the cabbage will let the juice out and the meat is quenched, pour the frying - pre-fried onions and grated carrots. But as I did the first time and was afraid that the casserole would fall apart, besides frying, I also poured 2 eggs whipped with sour cream and tomato.
  • 8. Cook it all with gurgling fry for another 2 hours. So that it saturates the whole casserole, make holes with a knife and that's it.
  • It turns out very appetizing, tasty and nutritious.
