Yeast 1.5 tsp.

Applesauce 60 ml
Semolina 50 g
Walnuts 50 g

Cooking method

  • In the process of kneading, I added 2 more tbsp. l. whey ... The dough was kneaded in HP. After the last workout, I transferred it to the MV, switched on "Heating" for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, the MV turned off, and left the dough to rise for 1 hour. Then the program "Baking" 65 + turn over to the other side (using a steamer rack), and again "Baking" -30 minutes.

lopyshok, in a multicooker the shape of the bread is different than in HP. This time. In general, bread baked in the oven (or slow cooker) tastes differently from that baked in KhP. These are two. My family really like it when I bake in the oven. The consistency of the bread is similar to that of the store bread, while surpassing it in taste
Knead the dough in the HP, and then in the cartoon - there it is heated and will do, and then it will be baked on baking

Also, sometimes you need to bake 2-3 different breads quickly. The whole process is 4 hours, and if you only knead in HP, and bake in another place, it turns out faster
