Potato and chicken pancakes

Ingredients
Chicken breasts 250 g
Small onion 1 pc.
Mayonnaise 1/2 cup l.
Egg 1 pc.
Salt pepper
Medium potatoes 4 pcs.
Vegetable oil
Cooking method

Cut the chicken breasts into thin strips (across), Fold in a saucepan, add the chopped onion grated on a medium grater (or chop with a combine), 1/2 table. l mayonnaise, 1 egg, salt, pepper.
Stir and leave for at least 1 hour. I put it in the refrigerator overnight. This mixture can be stored for 2-3 days and used as needed.
In the morning add 4 medium potatoes, grated for pancakes. Fry in a skillet until golden brown.
