PROS AND CONS OF COOKU

Pros of Kuku 1054
1) Cooking speed
2) Convenient bright information board
3) Voice guide with volume control
4) Convenient, non-heating handles on the pan
5) Scale for capacity in liters, inside the saucepan

Cons of Kuku 1054
1) The top does not brown when baking
2) There is no illumination of the information board
3) It is not possible to turn off the transition to heating, at the end of cooking
4) Voice guide, does not speak time and degrees
5) Non-stick coating is scratched
6) The timer for the "Multipovar" program is limited to 1 hour 30 minutes.
7) The pressure is not regulated
Time is only 12 hours, there is no way to make it 24 hours.
9) The instructions for culinary recipes are poorly and poorly written, the most important thing is missing - the cooking time and temperature.

I wish to see in Kuku 1054
1) In the "Oven" mode, instead of a scale with a temperature level, a scale with degrees
2) Carrying handle
3) Temperature 30 - 32 ° С for proofing dough and for preparing yoghurts and cheeses
4) To add a second saucepan to the package
5) I would like to see a real time countdown until the end of cooking
6) The presence of a fan in the lid of the pressure cooker (in modes without pressure), a kind of convection, for a more ruddy top of the products.
Pros and cons of Kuku I ask those who wish to comment on the PROS and MINUSES of the multicooker, as well as your suggestions for improving the technical and external characteristics - I will include them in the list above

Minus discovered immediately after purchase, the instruction, although in Russian, is somewhat strange The first preparation was not without errors
The recipe book is beautiful but not correct as the dealer said
Some errors in it have not yet figured out

As it turned out, the biggest "minus" is a small saucepan, I would have 7-8 liters

I don't know how this can be done technically, but I would like .... a fan in the top cover, that is, a kind of convection. Let it work by default on programs without pressure, for example, on the "Oven", I think the top of the product would then have been more rosy. Maybe this is of course a whim ... but it certainly won't be superfluous.

And everything would suit me if the quality of the coating of the saucepan was better !! Well, who will refuse from the ruddy top crust
But regarding the unregulated pressure (section "cons", point 7), something tells me that it is adjustable, but indirectly, that is, through the temperature. eh, I should have taught physics better at school But the boiling point depends directly on the pressure, therefore, by setting the temperature, we regulate the pressure inside the pan! Or not?
Tanyulya
Actually, temperature and pressure in this case are interrelated values ... as I understand it. The higher the temperature, the higher the pressure. Just based on how other pressure cookers work, examples of temperature and pressure are given. Ie.if the temperature is somewhere 110, then the pressure is 0.4 bar, the higher the temperature, the higher the pressure, already at a temperature of 116 degrees -0.8 bar. That is, we can only regulate the pressure by the temperature level, I am interested in this question if we forcibly release the pressure .... the temperature will go down? If YES, how much? That is, the fact that pressure depends on temperature is understandable, but does the temperature depend on pressure in our case ....? It will be necessary to clarify this question ...

I fully subscribe!

Another huge plus is that the pressure cooker is automatic, it relieves pressure and releases steam! There is no need to stand over it and wait for the pressure drop and manually open the valve
matroskin_kot
And let it be a silicone spatula instead of a plastic one, by the way, I do not use it. And the steamer grate is inconvenient, it fits a little, once, it is inconvenient to get it - two, it’s hot tea. And under the rest - I subscribe, unambiguously, especially on the oven.
