Greetings to all! Maybe someone has a recipe book in electronic form, they didn't put it in, but I really want to read it !!! And yet, reading the recipes designed for other units, I really want to try, but so far I do not quite understand the principle of the programs, so I don’t understand which program in my Kukushka can be replaced with.
ITU
Lirina, go to the multi-cook site, there are recipes there, just like in the book.

The operating principle of the programs is well described in the instructions. It describes the duration of the program and what you can use it for. And I'll try to show you the recipes.

became the owner of the multi-cooker pressure cooker Kuko 1010
help me figure it out, please

1 question and the most important, I read in the instructions that the maximum amount of soup is 1 serving, potatoes - 5 pieces, porridge - 2 servings ... I'm in shock ... I have a family of 5 people. in Panasonic 1 measuring cup - 3 portions. right there it says that 1 glass is 1 serving. how is it possible?
2.Can I turn on the pressure when cooking meat? stewing stew?
3.What is Turbo? does he create pressure? OR does it speed up cooking?
4. Will there always be pressure in the multicooker? can you cook ordinary porridge in it for a long time, like in Panasonic, so that it boils down like in an oven?
zvezda
Do not worry!!!! One serving means up to the top mark !!!!! For 5 people is enough !!!!!! Probably just a different translation ..... well, to put it mildly, not very accurate !!!!!!

Good day.

1.1 glass of cereal per 1 liter of milk, this is for two or three people.
2. pressure is generated on almost all programs.
Turbo speeds up the program, but this program works on the principle of liquid evaporation, you need to adjust a little what and how to cook.
3. In the Porridge mode, a wonderful boiled porridge is obtained.
So I hope you enjoy it. Good luck

Good day! Bought CUCKOO CRP-A1010F in 2007 for my father. Unfortunately, he practically did not use it, he died a year ago, now I understand his apartment and found a slow cooker, only without instructions and a recipe book. I really want to still use the device, the recipes, as I see, can be easily found on the Internet, but the instructions could not be found - they simply took money from the phone using one link, and received a virus on the other. I am afraid to use without instructions, the device is still serious. Help me please!

thanks for the quick answer, we need to figure it out until my husband came home from work ... with porridge is clear .. and potatoes and soup? in a soup, is one serving the amount of solid food in a measuring cup? Can you pour water up to the top line?
in the description it is written that the bowl is 4.1 liters, and in the instructions in the title it is 1.8L ... in appearance, more likely 4 liters ... I already had time to get scared

mode porridge in time cooks for almost an hour and a half. it turns out that the increased pressure does not speed up the cooking process at all?
Can I cook other cereals (buckwheat, barley) in the high pressure white rice mode?

and about the turbo, if possible, in more detail. to adapt, you need to understand its principle? What foods should I cook in Turbo mode? I understand that not cereals ... they, on the contrary, need to absorb liquid. and to use a turbo for vegetables and meat?

I cook the soup either in Chicken Soup or in Stew, pour water up to the upper mark (now there is no saucepan in front of my eyes).
On the turbo, I bake potatoes, make sausages for frying, make meat, the principle is, the more liquid, the longer the program lasts.
I didn't cook milk porridge at high pressure and I don't recommend it, I think the milk will "run away". I just boiled rice and buckwheat, okay.
I like to cook cereals on Multipovar, on Kasha. On Turbo, to be honest, I don't remember whether I boiled cereals or not.
Baking on Multipovar.

I will not tire of thanking

The turbo is clear. I cannot set the cooking time myself?
What modes does the turbo turn on? And How? SOMETHING I HAVE NOT succeeded yet.

and more about the high blood pressure regime, remembering childhood. Can it be used as an ordinary pressure cooker, which was still in the USSR for making jellied meat?

Turbo works only in High pressure mode, double pressing the button Cooking Turbo
It is better to cook jellied meat in Porridge or On a stew, and then leave on the Heating for an hour for 1.5-2 hours.
That's about the connection between High pressure and jellied meat .....: pardon: I don't know ...
Lita
Please forgive me for being annoying, but this is my first such technique, where I cannot intuitively determine what to do.
Is high pressure and turbo the same thing?
just tried high pressure cooking vegetables. turned it on by double-pressing the cook / turbo button. the turbo light did not light up, but judging by the sounds, it began to cook immediately and under pressure. but I couldn't set the time in any way ... and on the display there are scrolling rectangles and the word cooking ...
I do not understand at all on what mode and how I can cook vegetables in 1-2 minutes (as it is written in other topics) and chicken in 15 minutes

I remember that jellied meat was cooked in about an hour and a pressure cooker was bought especially for it .. well, I'll figure it out ... the main thing is to understand how to set the time when cooking at high pressure

One press of the Turbo button on High pressure turns on the mode of this very High pressure, the mode is automatic and the time is not set there.
But double-clicking the Turbo button (like a double-click) turns on the Turbo mode.
You won't cook vegetables in 1-2 minutes, a whole chicken in 15 minutes is also unlikely.
You look at about recipes for 1010, I think it will be easier for you to figure it out.
And ask questions, we will try to answer you. All the best.

Thank you very much, I found a Temka where my questions were already voiced. I will study and try.
the husband has already asked for mercy and has forbidden to cook, because no one eats the cooked already ...

It's not that it's gold. There is a completely different model. Induction. CRP-HD1010FI And her saucepan is XWall.
In general, it's strange why the inscriptions on the buttons are in Russian ... judging by the code, it is Korean =)
Lera-7
Can you please tell me what is the volume of the bowl in the CUCKOO CRP-A1010F pressure cooker 2.35l or 4.1l, or is it available in two versions? We have such a pressure cooker in our store with a volume of 2.35 liters. And the store's website has the same model with a volume of 4.1 liters. How many servings does a 2.35L bowl have? I'm afraid it will be too small for three

Judging by the code, a 10-cup bowl of rice is the largest volume for non-professional rice cookers. I think it won't be small

Most likely 4.1 liters is the total volume. and 2.35 l is the usable volume.

This slow cooker is quite intelligent in terms of programs, electronics ... A saucepan, if it has a black coating, is very good!

My friend here, in Korea, found a Korean analogue of the A1010 in the yard (there is always good furniture and work equipment thrown away), only without a saucepan. Put the saucepan - everything works! Here is calling to come and experience ...

Hello dear boys and girls. Take one more into your community - the not-so-happy owner of the 1010 cookie yet. I used to use a pressure cooker, so I'm more or less familiar with the system. Before buying, I read the forum, and more than once, and decided to make myself happy with the purchase. There were no problems with porridge and stewed potatoes. However, when I tried to boil the meat at high pressure in a small amount of liquid (poured up to 4 divisions), the liquid evaporated completely, and the meat even had time to fry. and turned off the mode before its end because I heard the smell of burning meat. The pressure release valve was normal, but the steam flow from it was very strong during the entire cooking. Tell me what I did wrong? Or maybe someone has already encountered such a problem. Please advise, I really want to use all the possibilities. Sorry for the many letters
Tanyulya
Girls boil meat on High pressure, but I would still recommend doing this on modes: Chicken Soup, Porridge, Stew. Try it, I think everything will turn out well. There is no need to pour water more than mark 8. Good luck
Barbarikha
Tanyulya, thank you for always being on duty and ready to advise newcomers.
But porridge and meat will last longer, and I liked the speed of cooking in a pressure cooker. and it worries me that the liquid has completely boiled away. despite the fact that she poured up to mark 4.the liquid practically did not boil away in a pressure cooker. By the way, I made potatoes according to your recipe and the liquid also boiled away completely, and the potatoes were fried to the bottom. Therefore, I suddenly thought about what kind of defect. can urgently in a guarantee. Should it reduce the heating when it builds up pressure in order to maintain the pressure at an optimal level. I have the impression that even after the pressure builds up, it continues to work at full strength.
Tanyulya
I do not remember whether I cooked meat at high pressure or not ... honestly ... I cook rice, potatoes. We must try to boil the kusmanchik and see what happens. And on Stew, I like the taste of meat the most

Dachshund ... I cooked a shulum with lamb in Kukun, baked charlotte this morning, stewed turkey ventricles with hearts in the evening. Now the lamb with potatoes is stewed in a multibove. Got a question :In the multi-cook mode, the time is displayed immediately, but there is no running square ??? So it is necessary ??? Or is it just my trick?

B1010, not the same algorithm as in 1054, where the time immediately starts counting. He cooks as much as he put on the Multipovar. Run runs a small square but on automatic programs.

May this little cuckoo please you for many, many years!
How do you like it in contrast to 1054?
matroskin_kot
Svetulya, 1054 - more powerful, definitely. There are more programs, the ability to change the temperature, the time, the 1054 cannot be compared with any other .. But in 1054 there is no handle for carrying ... and a saucepan of a different shape, a little like a pot. These are its disadvantages. But, there are more pluses, definitely !!! 1054- aristocrat ... And color, and programs ... And also talks. Cooking - faster. But this young lady-kukunya (1010) suits me quite well in Magadan ... There are two of us. What I cook, but I cook, twice a evening, I haven't played enough, I drag it to work ... The people are already squeaking with happiness ... (Mom feeds)
Maybe, of course, in the world there are, (and for sure), others and no less smart, but apart from Kukushek, I have not met such clever girls ... Although Mulinex is good, about the old man Panasik, he is silent, "grandfather Panas" works on stable modes, well, he is smart! I also have Lakuchinka in my "stash" ... Her children have not yet experienced it yet ... CARROCHE - it's time to treat me, but ... mabut is useless ... The diagnosis is "deviceogolizm vulgaris", but this, alas, is not treated ...

Irish, I'm glad that "devaysogolizm vulgaris" for a while it will go into a calm state, and Kukushechka1010 fell in love with it!
My 1054 is already in Krasnodar, but small problems prevent me from getting it tomorrow - Aristocrat
Here the girls smoke in multicooker, what kind of case can you define? Ali do you have a smokehouse?
matroskin_kot
Well ..., we are with Louis bought .... There is ... And for cold smoking, my husband still wants to build himself ... In Sochi, I can smoke on the street all year round ... I also have a rare smokehouse (I have it from Ukraine), you attach it to gas and smoke ...

We set the time, chose the program, set the timer, pressed VARKA / TURBO.

How long did it take until the end of cooking? The low pressure mode is touch-sensitive, the time changes from loading, in such modes it is necessary to set a delay with a margin.
Breeze07
I forcibly turned off the multicooker. I suppose the time limit may be affected. Is it possible? For potatoes - this is 41 minutes according to the instructions. I set to cook in this mode for 30 minutes. The device also did not turn off by itself. I have set the current time, set the mode and timer. I did everything according to the instructions. Or the timer function in the device does not work and the device is defective.
