Ingredients

Liver 500 g
Bulb onions 1 PC
Milk 100-150 ml
Sour cream 1 tbsp. l
Mustard 0.5 tsp
Vegetable oil 10 ml
Butter 20g
Pepper taste
Condiments taste
Salt taste

Cooking method

  • Clean the liver from films and bile ducts. Soak in water or milk for 1.5-2 hours. Drain the liquid and cut the liver into large pieces.
  • Select the "Browning" mode, level 3, 1 minute. We move the cover to the closed position.
  • Pour 10 ml of vegetable oil and a small piece of butter into the bottom of the saucepan, as soon as the butter warms up, put the liver there and fry on all sides until a pleasant crust is obtained.
  • If it seems to you that the liver has already been fried to the desired state using the "Cancel" button, we cancel the "Toasting" mode.
  • Then add to the liver, cut into rings or half rings, onions, milk, sour cream, mustard, add salt, pepper, seasonings. Mix gently with a silicone spatula.
  • We select the "Multipovar" mode, temperature 120, time 1 minute.
  • The dish is ready.

I cook the liver in different ways: chicken only on Frying, beef I can turn on the Multi-Cook (as in this case). But I can't honestly say about the rigidity.
