As a matter of fact, the recipe was born spontaneously (as is usually the case from the products available at the moment). Moreover, there was no particular desire to stand at the stove for a long time, but I really wanted to eat
And then it's even easier:

I boiled the beans in salted water. While they were cooking, I sautéed diced onions and carrots grated on a coarse grater. I washed the brains, cleaned them of films, cut them into pieces, salted, pepper, lightly rolled them in flour and fried in vegetable oil. Then I just mixed all the ingredients in a deep frying pan, added a little sour cream and stewed it for a couple of minutes. That's all!
