Ingredients

Cucumbers 1 kg
Tomatoes 1.5KG
Cabbage 1 kg
Carrot 400 g
Bulgarian sweet pepper 400 g
Onion 800 g
Sugar 4 tbsp. l.
Salt 6 tsp
Vinegar
or 1 tsp. essences
100 g
Rast. oil 2 tbsp.

Cooking method

  • Everything is cut arbitrarily, as you like. Carrots can be grated on a coarse grater, but I like to cut them into small rings, for a long time, but beautifully (you can use a combine). Onion in half rings. In short, cutting vegetables is your choice. We take a basin and put all the products there, mix and cook after boiling for 15 minutes. We take sterilized jars (I sterilize them in the oven) and lay out our salad. Close with lids and wrap it up until it cools completely. Bon Appetit.
