Carp on a vegetable cushion

Ingredients

Carp 1 PC
leek / white part 1 PC
red bell pepper 1/2 pc
tomato 3-4 pcs
garlic 5-6 teeth
cilantro 1 bundle
salt
black peppercorns
nutmeg
turmeric
zira
vegetable oil

Cooking method

  • I cook vegetables: leeks (only the white part, I cut into thin rings), 1/2 large red pepper and 3-4 tomatoes I cut into cubes, I cut a couple of small carrots into thin slices, I don't cut 5-6 cloves of garlic, but I press down (garlic on board, put a knife on it and press with my hand), I cut a whole large bunch of cilantro not finely, but not large.
  • I put it all in a big cup
  • Now I am preparing all the seasonings;
  • salt, black peppercorns, rubbing a pinch of nutmeg, turmeric, cumin (sold in the market)
  • Mix all this and add about half a glass of refined vegetable oil, or even better olive oil.
  • I cut the prepared headless carp into three parts and add a little salt.
  • I put half of the ready-made vegetables in a mold, put slightly salted fish on top.Close on top with the remaining vegetables
  • Then I close the mold with foil and make several small holes in it for steam to escape.
  • I put it in the oven at 180g. for about an hour.
  • in 10 minutes before the end I remove the foil and give it a little browned.

celfh, Tatyana, such a delicious recipe and strange that no one responded to it. Aren't there any fish lovers, am I alone? I often make bream in a similar way ... I love it!

Ilmirushka, Ilmira, we really love the fish for this recipe. I have no doubt that there are a lot of fish lovers on the forum, but there are also a lot of recipes here, everyone chooses what they like.
