Muesli bread with dates

Ingredients
Unbleached wheat flour 300 g
Whole grain flour 75 g
Muesli with fruits, nuts 150 g
Water 260 ml
Honey 15 ml
Rast. oil
(I did it on olive,
we can't get sunflower seeds) 30 ml
Dry yeast 1 +1/2 tsp
Powdered milk (low fat) 45 g
Dates
(chopped, add at whistle) 65 g
Cooking method

It is proposed to knead closely in a bread maker, then put it on a baking sheet, cut a snowflake on top with a knife (as if dividing the bread into sections 1 cm deep), let it stand for 30-45 minutes and bake at 200 degrees Celsius for 30-35 minutes or until tender.
