Ingredients
Blackberry 1.5 kg
Apples 1.5 kg
Unpeeled lemons 2 pcs.
Cloves 10 pcs.
Sugar

Cooking method

1. Blackberries, coarsely chopped apples, as well as the skins and bones from them, pour into a saucepan. Squeeze the lemons, chop their peels and place them in a saucepan along with the juice and cloves.
2. Fill in all 2.5 liters. water and from time to time, stirring, bring to a boil. Reduce heat, cover the pot and simmer the fruit over low heat for 1 hour.
3. Now transfer the fruit gruel to the juice pumping bag (see below) and leave for a few hours. Measure the volume of the resulting juice and pour it into a saucepan. 1 liter. liquid add 750 gr. Sahara. Stir the juice until the sugar dissolves. Cook until thick. Skim off the foam, fill the jars, close them with airtight lids.
Expression Pouch — An open pouch made of gauze or similar fabric, secured to a plastic or wire support. To keep the jelly clear, the cooked fruit gruel is slowly filtered through cheesecloth.

Note
This jelly is especially delicious on fresh buns with raisins. Jelly can also be added to various sweet foods.
