Motrya,
1. When how. sometimes it remains in a bucket, sometimes in bread. I can never guess how it will be) But I already got the hang of getting it with a knife. I carefully put it on and pull it out. Simply and easily. The main thing is not to scratch it with a knife.
I take it out right away, and not cut the bread with a stirrer, because once I didn't get it, I left it like that .. and the homemade bread began to cut it and almost hurt it to me .. well, stopped in time) thought it was so hard bread)))) So I get out of harm's way right away - and no problem.
2. I didn't bake rye. Baked wheat and rye. Well, what a crust can I say. It certainly turns out lighter than the sides. But this is natural ... But I mainly bake on a medium crust. For the last couple of times, I baked on a dark one and left it on heating for a while. the crust was more substantial) I liked it better) True, it was only bread made from wheat flour. But I think that the situation is the same with rye. Although if purely rye, it does not seem to rise so much. Therefore, it will be closer to the heating elements and maybe fried more. But I can't say for sure.
3. Again, I can't say for rye, because I didn't bake it. But the Russian Chef program (which also includes rye bread) lasts 3 hours 30 minutes. But actually the last 20min. is cooling. I these 20 minutes. I never wait) I get it right away. So we can say that the program is 3 hours 10 minutes.

I wish you quickly decide and acquire a new family member

Motrya, the bread mixer remains in the bread after baking very often, but this is not considered some kind of defect, and you can pull it out with a bamboo stick from the sushi-easy and convenient ... A crust of a more intense color can be obtained by covering the window with a piece of foil from the outside for a while baking ... I often bake bread from rye flour on this stove, I just need to adapt and "manage" the process, by the way, it is here that using the "yogurt" function makes a wonderful rye ... Good luck!
Motrya
I was so worn out with the stirrer, which gets stuck "up to my ears" and you can only pull it out when cutting, always pale (except for the roll) and under-baked top .... And the foil on the window did not help). Therefore, I decided to buy a new stove. I don't want Panasonic because of the "long" baking (due to "temperature equalization.) And then there's butter and yogurt.
How can you influence the baking of rye bread using the "yogurt" function? It is interesting...
Snega
Hello!!! So I finally bought an LG 2001 bread maker. I re-read a bunch of sites and immediately opted for two models - LG 2001 and LG 3001. But they were not available in our city. But I did not give up, I ordered in stores. and somewhere in a month I became the owner of this bread machine. The bread turned out right away, yogurt the second time, and the butter turned out very tasty today. And this is all thanks to your advice.
valushka
Motrya, my stirrer often gets stuck, of course, but I pull it out without cutting the bread. mine is easily pulled out)

Snega, With the purchase of you!) I am glad that everything is working out for you and the stove pleases
Motrya
Here I am the owner of Skiing for a week. Well, everything in order (I compare it with other HP) for those who want to buy the same HP
pros
- excellent teflon coating
- the agitator, if it gets stuck, it can be pulled out easily and there is no big hole
- HP works very quietly
- there are no unnecessary fancy programs (my personal opinion about programs is even further)
- the bread is "tanned" in accordance with the given crust
-the cat is not very big, but the kolobok can be observed
Minuses
- very quiet "Beeps" (although with a delay in the start this can be a plus)
- there is no baking program that can be programmed by time. You can use the "Cupcake", but it's -1 hour 10 minutes. That is, if you want something to bake min. 10, then we put "Cupcake" and timed.
- The timer on "Yoghurt" is programmed only by the hour, not by the minute ... (I haven't checked the "Butter", but probably won't be programmed)
- a measuring glass of a very uncomfortable shape, long and narrow, you can pour flour only with a dessert spoon (minus a small one, but still minus), by 230 mm
Misunderstandings
- the stirrer is not Teflon, but (I think so) metal-plastic. In the instructions, I did not find anything about what material it was made of. When I bought HP, this mixer just surprised me Pts, I even forgot to flip through the instructions ...
- what is the difference between the programs Russian povor, Basic and Special? In terms of time in the instructions, everything is the same and kneading and spreading and baking. And that 500 g and 1 kg are all the same?
- the screws of the engine (probably that’s called that) are not completely metal, but plastic. Is it reliable?

That's all for now. Lost the exact size of the HP - compact enough, but not small.
I'm happy. A little black bread turned out (finally) with a pretty convex lid. Hooray! Let's see what happens with yogurt
_
Luysia
I saw 3001 in the store today. I liked it .... Only the price is not very much (for one day + 300 UAH)
valushka
Motrya, congratulations on your purchase !!!)
Now let's go through the pluses and minuses

Bips can really be quiet. But I, sitting in another room, always hear them. And too loud would annoy me, I think ... But it's better for anyone

Yes, it is not time programmed. I also immediately thought it was inconvenient. But I just haven't had a single case to have to bother something) Everything always turns out in such a period of time. But we can, for some recipe, have to turn on and follow the new program.

On yoghurt programmed by the clock. Minutes, for me, are not needed somehow. I put 6 o'clock and everything is fine. Sometimes I gently pull it out to see what is there)) although the minus is that it is a little inconvenient for me to pull out the container for yogurt.
Oil programmed at intervals of 10 minutes. 20 minutes is enough for me. Although the full program is an hour.

As for the mixer, I don't know what kind of mixer they are, and the mixer is also a good thing)

As for the difference between the programs Russian Chef, Basic and Special - I also don’t understand ... I think that there is a different temperature. At the special one I once baked a cake - it turned out too dry .. fried .. but should have been wet ...
In general, I do not use the Special one yet ...
if someone good for this mode finds a recipe - share
I mostly use it when I bake white flour bread. Russian chef - when mixed with some other flour (plus I added oatmeal flakes). And I also bake in French (when the dough is without eggs). There the bread is simple and tasty too
In general, I use these modes. Plus Cupcake, Dough, Butter, Yogurt. Here I still think to try Jem) but all hands do not reach

I don't know about screws, holders. like pah-pah-pah everything is fine. and everything seems to be holding tight there. In general, if it is okay to carefully handle the equipment - I think everything will be ok

And yet, often I always leave it to cool, then fill it with a little water and detergent. Stands - my neatly. and immediately wipe it dry. and put it in the stove.
(well, this is so, for beginners, which I was just recently)

Motrya
, I'm very glad that you get bread in this bread maker!) I think I advised it here .. but you might not like it ... maybe I'm just delighted with her
and yogurt will work too !!!

I saw 3001 in the store today. I liked it .... Only the price is not very much (for one day + 300 UAH)
Have they already raised the prices? .. About a month ago I looked at the prices in the store where I bought for my stove. so it fell a little at that time. Although, maybe they raised it again ... I don't know. but I really bought in the online store.
Motrya
The yogurt turned out to be just yum-yum. Even the picky mother approved and with pleasure humbled. Only here I want even thicker.
Yes, also about the Skier.I did not find in the instructions that there is a reserve time, in case. power interruptions, but I checked - there is, I just do not know for how long, probably 7 minutes there.
SizeHP 35x23x35
valushka
Motrya, yes .. yogurt - yum yum) I'm glad that everything worked out) how long did it take?
and about overvoltage protection - I saw somewhere for 10 minutes. And I tried it myself. Everything is working
Motrya

Yogurt made 6 hours. Today in the morning I put it, but when I was awake I took the wrong bottle - with sterilized milk, so the yogurt turned out to be drinkable. And my fastidiousness is so happy about it. Black currants were added and again there is no yogurt. But when I said let's buy a yogurt maker, no, and so you can buy yogurt ...
About the pros and cons.
Screws-bushings, or whatever they are right there, is really a delicate matter. In my old HP "Mulinex" everything was made of iron - it was so loud (especially when mixing rye), the wall shook, and mixed it not very uniformly. And in this one it mixes well and is quiet.
I just got used to the regulated baking program, so I'm sorry, and even in the old HP I had to bake for 10 minutes.
Differences in programs - I watched them here and the batch is a little different in the Russian chef, more intense, it seemed to me. And when baking temp. should be different here agree with you.
By the way, in my old lady it was still possible to set the program by weight of bread, so I did not do it; the difference when baking was only a few minutes away.
A container for yogurt, but it is inconvenient to get it out - you can think of some kind of handle ... After all, it does not get very hot and there are holes in the lid. Need to think..
I want to check how much electricity will burn "on yogurt" because your yoghurt is not only tastier (healthier), but possibly cheaper at times.
Now I'm waiting for my cream. they will eat butter (I don't use it myself) I would also like to try it. I've already looked after the cream in the "farmer".
Success to everyone! I will study "special".
Snega
Please tell me how to make yogurt correctly, otherwise I only succeeded once, but it doesn’t work anymore. Do you add sugar?
valushka
Snega, no, I add sugar (fruits, jam ... whatever) to ready-made yogurt, to my mug. and leave the rest of the yogurt without sugar.
and for cooking like this: I pour 1 liter of milk into a container for yogurt, add 150 g of sourdough there and stir with a spoon. All. Now I put the container for yogurt in the bucket of the bread machine (pulling out the spatula). And the bucket, in turn, goes into the stove itself) and set the timer to 6 hours. That's all the preparation.
Then I put this container for yogurt in the refrigerator. I store yogurt in it, I do not pour it over.

Already a couple of weeks have become the owners of this miracle! Incredibly happy, only now they appreciated the taste of real bread! The model is excellent, we are very satisfied - the bread bakes amazingly, although sometimes the top drops, but this does not affect the taste. They baked French, onion, egg (the top fell completely), sour cream. They made a chocolate cake - just yummy! But with yoghurt, it was bad luck: I did it according to the instructions, it turned out viscous and tasteless, as if the milk had disappeared a long time ago and was reaching for a spoon. I had to pour it out. I took 1 liter of Premium milk and a classic drinking activity - 150 g. Time according to instructions - 8 hours. Maybe someone can advise what happened wrong - should you hold it longer or less? Can I add more yogurt? I'll be very good. grateful!
valushka
frankline, welcome to the ranks of bakers!) Congratulations on the purchase of a bread maker!)
First, I would like to advise you to follow the kolobok at the beginning of the batch. Apparently a little bit of flour was not enough for the kolobok, so the roof fell. I always follow first. Add a little flour if necessary. And that's all. The roof of the bread turns out excellent) Only once fell off. But then I generally laid it all down)))

About yogurt. Read this Temko. Have already written about the time for yogurt, and how to do it. 8 hours is a lot. 5.5-6 hours was enough for me ... now the heat is crazy ... try to set the timer to 5 hours first. then see what happens. And add more time.
frankline
valushka, thanks for the advice and support - everything worked out! Delicious.Only came out drinking, not very thickened. For the first time, it definitely changed.
I am very glad that I acquired this miracle, because I am not particularly friendly with the dough. And now there is always delicious bread at home, fresh jam, and now yogurt. At first I was afraid - this model performs so many functions, I was waiting for a catch. But the stove did not disappoint!
Today we will try to make peach jam. Thanks again!
valushka
frankline, uraaaaaaa!) I'm very glad that the yogurt turned out) I also get drinking. But I also have a leaven from drinking yogurt. I think in order to get a thick yogurt, you need a different starter culture. maybe he will stand a little longer ... but I'm afraid that he will stop)
but in general, the drinking one that is obtained immediately after I take it out of the stove, put it in the refrigerator. and after a couple of hours it becomes thicker for me. but of course also drinking.
But jam, I’m still not going to do it)
I am very glad that the ski track makes you happy every day!) It really is, a miracle!)
frankline
valushka, with jam just do everything is simple. True, yesterday they did not make peach (the home ones built them "raw"), but apple. Everything is according to the instructions, only I first covered the apples in a separate bowl with sugar so that it melted a little, because I was afraid that the sugar would scratch the coating of the bucket during cooking. And I added a little (teaspoon) pectin to make the jam thicker. But, probably, this is more necessary when cooking cherry or berry jam, since the apple itself is dense. Then, when everything was ready, she carefully poured the jam into the tray, with a wooden spatula, again, so as not to break the coating, let the bucket cool down, then poured some water with a rag and wiped it all!
The jam is delicious, from 500 grams of apples, about 300 grams of jam is obtained.
The stove model itself is very functional and, nicely, everything works out!
But I am somehow afraid to make butter, remembering my unsuccessful first experience with yogurt.
valushka
frankline, oh, already drooling))) also something to make jam)) there are apples ...
but try to make oil. the main thing is to take homemade sour cream .. very thick. and again, do not overexpose. because the program is designed for an hour, but I have oil for 15-20 minutes. was preparing. Try it!) We must try all the functions)
Tulka
Congratulate me! Today they brought me my LG HB2001Y bread maker (well, the combine too). Well, this is the one that makes butter and yogurt. Only without automatically adding additional. products (I thought .. why do I need it ... that and 250 UAH. more expensive). I already baked bread and onions according to the recipe from the instruction book. Now I'm making jam from melon. Then I'll put the yogurt. I can already say: I like the stove ... it is very quiet ... I was especially captivated by the instruction: a huge book ... written correctly and clearly. At the beginning I wanted to take Kenwood, then Phillips ... but still I decided on this one. The bread is delicious and airy.
frankline
Tulka, congratulations! This is a very good stove !!! Tell us how the melon jam came out, interesting, and, just, there is a melon.
Today they also baked onion bread - what a delicious treat! True, valushka, on your advice, added a little flour in the process. Such a handsome man turned out, fluffy, with a crispy crust!
In general, this model is very successful, just super!
valushka
so .. what is there for a miracle onion bread, which everyone likes so much?)) I must try myself)) but I didn't make it)
frankline
Try it urgently, however - it turns out very tasty. I put a little more sugar - on half a teaspoon (the first time seemed a bit bland to me), and in the process I poured a little flour over my eyes. Fluffy, lovely. They also baked a chocolate muffin - also just delicious. And most importantly, how easy it is - neither you have flour all over the table, nor the dough stuck, you don't need to constantly run to the oven and guess - it's not ready. In general, a pleasure.
Snega
Hello everybody!!! I bake muffins too. All of mine really like it, only very little comes from the recipe. And who tried to bake 1.5 or 2 servings at a time ???
frankline
Hello! I think that there is no need to overload, however, nothing is said about this in the instructions, only about the jam, that more than 500 grams is not recommended. The dough for the cake is liquid and thick, fig knows it ... I think everything is thought out and calculated there, I would not overload. Better make it fresh
valushka
I also really, really liked the chocolate cake), but I made chocolate bread - I remained completely indifferent ... I did not like it.
The cake is really not enough) because it is eaten instantly. But I, too, still wouldn't overload the stove ... it's better to do it twice.

I'm making pie and buns now) I found a dough recipe. Just magical!) I was already making a pie with cabbage and a pie with cottage cheese and plums from it. Delicious.

https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php@option=com_smf&topic=1032.0

The truth is, at those times I did it in terms of two eggs from Svetik C (7th answer in that topic), the dough turned out beautiful! but this time I did it according to the original recipe, so I had to help the stove first with a spatula. It was difficult for her at first .. and the dough turned out very cool ... in general, next time I will do it according to the recalculated recipe. But the dough is really delicious. I've been looking for this for a long time.
frankline
Thank you for the link! I'll try. I haven’t tried to make the dough yet, I’m somehow afraid. I'm not very friendly with him ... Maybe it will be easier with the stove
I want to try to make a thick yoghurt - also on the active, which is bifido, but not drinking. I wonder what happens. I'll do it, unsubscribe.
valushka
frankline, try the dough for sure! it turns out just awesome! and it's not difficult at all) threw everything into the bread maker and pulled out the finished dough) no hassle)
I'm really looking forward to the yogurt results!)
Motrya
To make the yogurt very thick, you need to add milk powder (cream), perhaps there are options with a different sourdough, but with Yoghurt Activation it still turns out to be liquid.
The other day, instead of a jar of Activia, I added Danone curd. I thought that the rennet would be there - useful. It turned out cottage cheese, you just had to strain and that's it. The cottage cheese is delicious!
I tried to make yoghurt on liquid ferment Bifidoflor (it seems so), too, normally of the type of acetophilin. Made with baked milk and added milk powder. It turned out pinkish and thick. But I like the taste of Activia more.

Thank you for your congratulations .... I am very pleased with my little girl. And I made the jam according to the recipe from our instructions .. called "apple jam" ... only instead of an apple, a melon))). The jam turned out to be sunny ... amber ... but pahneeeet ... I have a straight line: first, bread ... then put yogurt ... then make jam (a lot of fruits disappear at home)
ZAJIGAEM8
I wanted to buy this model BUT !!! came across criticism in the net,
I understand electronics, trade, fix everything in a row since 1993. Seen enough of all SUCH, to the "LG office" is average and good and bad at the same time because the products are not of stable quality, I personally came across and more than once !!!
Enough to praise, write who has any comments and problems, please.

People write about the LG HB-2001BY bread maker:
Disadvantages: I didn’t like the fact that the mixer was made of plastic. Moreover, the instructions contain a warning that it may melt - if turned on empty. This is some kind of rudeness. It turns out that the heating of the oven is close to the melting temperature of the mixer.
The measuring cup is thin and long - which makes it difficult to clean as your fingers do not reach the bottom.
The container must not be immersed in water while washing.
There is no viewing window (this is not for everybody).

Disadvantages: Bearing and oil seal on the bakeware axle fly out immediately after the end of the warranty. The spare parts only contain bearings. Oil seals are not on sale separately, since they cost a penny).Service departments offer to buy a new assembled form, and it costs separately more than half the cost of a bread machine. Do not buy LG. You will suffer everything and always. This is a problem for everyone I know. Another drawback: in the functions when buying, you have to choose either jam (in addition to the main bread), or a cake. Competitors have both

Comment: My order for oil seals cannot be fulfilled for more than a year (the stove is worth it). if you find the opportunity to buy a lot of spare oil seals (bearings are not a problem - as soon as the creak starts, immediately disassemble the assembly (easily remove one spring washer) and change the oil seal, wash the bearing, apply grease and put it back together). Then your this stove will serve oh-oh-oh-very well and do-oh-oh-long. Then I advise you to buy (if you have decided - what are you taking: jam or cupcake?). In general, all bread makers have a big drawback: the bread turns out to be too tasty, like a cake, we quickly gain weight. Never use dry yeast - it stinks. Find a good live yeast (I use Southern), let the yeast come alive in sweet, warm water. Then 10 grams of live yeast goes to a loaf of bread, the bread rises well. The dough should not crack from dryness, but it should not stick to the fingers, walls and bottom of the mold; it should run after the blade as if it were alive in one bunch. Watch your own weight! Don't bake rich recipes!

Disadvantages: the lid is raised, it's not scary, I have it raised for three years, it's scary that the oil seal with the bearing often flies, this is their disease, who, how lucky

Comment: to the manufacturer to modify this node

Disadvantages: in the form of a short period of use, with daily use only for baking 1 bread -900g, the bearing and gland of her family was enough for 4 months, bought a new form-exactly for 4 months, but the form costs more1 / 2 the price of the stove, now we change the bearings ourselves and their oil seals last for 2 months at a price for all 12 UAH, I use it in March for 3 years

Commentary: in the service they say it's their illness, which means the manufacturer must improve, or make spare parts available, the product is tasty, but I do not recommend LG to my model

LAST COMMENT: if you are lucky, the bread is awesome, the paski too, in general, if according to the recipe, quality products and a working oven
THIS IS HERE WRITE AN UNPLEASANT OPPOSITE PHRASE "IF LUCKY" ------ THIS IS NOT POSSIBLE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
macaroni
Well, what can I say, ZAJIGAEM8, of course what you wrote is sad I bought it only 2 months ago and from the very first bread I fell in love with it as my own - bread in it is much better than from Mulinex 5004 (may its owners forgive me). The fact is that for 2 years I used the m5004 and she died, and I had it in the service (on the second day I took the bread, the bread was burning), and as a result, the mixer stopped kneading. And then I came across lg with yogurt and butter and could not resist - I bought it. I want to say that I like bread in it much more! She made yoghurts, amazing! Now I don't use the yogurt maker, because my mule began to overheat the yoghurts a lot, and the bread maker keeps a perfectly even temperature. I made butter from my homemade cream 3 times - but I haven't got used to it yet - a small amount of butter, and so far I have suspended this business, since the slush cannot be boiled. but from the raw ones it is scary (they say you can get infected with something there) Honestly, I'm very happy with it, the bread is very lush. there were no punctures, I have no complaints! May it always be so !!! But the fact that the mixer is plastic, so at first I was also at a loss and disappointment, but after using it, I did not find any negative points except for the plus - it never gets stuck in the bread as before (there were terrible moments of pulling the mixer out of the bread). and the plastic is very high quality. This is all my personal opinion so do not judge strictly. I'm just very happy with her
valushka
ZAJIGAEM8, Good day! HERE I read these reviews and do not understand what kind of bread maker they are? you confused nothing ???

1) the mixer is really plastic .. but in my opinion it is very very strong (pah-pah-pah) about melting - I don't know .. I read the instructions, but I don't remember that ..but I do not argue, maybe it is written. But I see no reason to turn on an empty bread maker .. I first load the food into the bucket, and only then I put the bucket in the oven. Well, then I turn it on. In general, the instructions say so to mine ... and in general, my thoughts somehow did not occur to turn on an empty stove) why?
2) here the glass is really not very convenient for washing. But this problem is also easily solved if you wash it right away) rinse it off with flour - not a problem, put a washcloth in there too) But I would still change the glass to a wider one.
3) the container must not really be immersed in water during washing. And you can't wash this bucket while hot. That is, the bread was taken out, the bucket was left to cool. Then they dropped a little detergent, poured some water and let it stand. Then we pour out the water, lightly run the washcloth along the walls, rinse and voila)
4) There is a viewing window in this model!
5) I don't know about oil seals, bearings. Everything seems to be in order (pah-pah-pah).
6)Functions and JAM and KEKS in this model are!
7) About dry yeast - complete nonsense. Nothing stinks. Everything is fine.
8) With the lid, everything is ok too.

Conclusion: in my opinion you have confused something with the bread machine model

I want to add about "Enough to praise, write who has any comments and problems, please."
We praise not because they pay us money from it or some other benefit comes. We write our real reviews, share our experience in operating our bread makers. Read carefully Temka, it also indicated the pros and cons of this model (I personally wrote, for example, about an uncomfortable glass.) Well, if everything suits you in the bread maker, why should I criticize it?
Here are the things)
Happy choice!)
Tulka
If someone wants to write flaws ... I can ... but they have already been indicated here .. and they, fortunately, are the only ones:
1. No handle for the yogurt fermentation bucket is not convenient to get out (in principle, it can be easily fixed, but I didn't ... why?)
2. The glass is really narrow and without handles .... BUT ... its volume completely coincides with the volume of a Soviet round glass glass like this ... use it ... Anyway there should be two of them ... Because the first one goes to the stove liquid, and the second is flour ... and it sticks to a wet glass ...
That's all I could think of myself ... Reading other reviews on the noise level, on the burnt sides, etc. - these are not even flowers ... but a green seating)))

Well, as for dry yeast and excess weight, I agree ... And in general about yeast ...

Any home technique (in this case, HP) has its pluses and minuses, which are formed solely from individual habits and needs.
Nobody calls to buy (not buy) this particular HP, but rasskazyvet, warns with what problems specifically faced, so that others would know these nuances.
What kind of oil seals that cannot be received for six months already? If the oven is produced relatively recently?
All the happy owners of this model have already shared their fears and their delights.
If you don't like the glass - two ways - buy another or don't buy this HP.
For example, it was inconvenient for me not to wash, but to impose flour.
If you don't like the metal-plastic dough mixer, look for another model. (Personally, I appreciated the merits of this mixer)
Etc.
If you don't like fluffy bread, lay down another recipe, with 100% rye, no shivers, and sourdough. Moreover, there is a function of yogurt and you can leave such bread for a longer proofing.
What is really so "Stop praising ..."
There are no main drawbacks - the bread is browned, baked, the mixer does not get stuck "up to the ears", the yogurt turns out to be excellent (by the way, I counted it twice cheaper)
All pleasant
svetla74
Hello, I was going to take the LG HB-3001BY bread maker (with the function of yogurt and butter), and the question arose, does it have the functions Dough for dumplings, Dough for pizza, and what size rolls can I bake on it, as I understand it, model 2001 and 3001 are similar
valushka
svetla74, there is simply a TEST function. and there you can make dough for pizza and for dumplings. The maximum weight of a loaf is 1kg
sweeta
I read the comments to the "shortcomings" of my model ... I myself got scared from soooo information: o I will write briefly, I have been using the stove since January (I bake every day, often knead the dough), I bought it when they were just brought to Kiev, I am absolutely happy with everything , I tried everything, everything in it turns out excellently, I think that I was very lucky with the stove, very ... Maybe for someone it is important what kind of stirrer or glass there is, the RESULT is important for me - a fragrant, tasty, handsome bread and grateful recalls of my family and friends. Good luck to everyone and great optimism!
svetla74
good day everyone! Hooray, yesterday we bought an LG HB-3001BY bread maker (with YOGHURT and BUTTER functions), Bread maker LG HB-2001BY (with functions of yoghurt and butter)
I still didn't understand my happiness, I read all the reviews and advice, I really want to try making yogurt, I bought Zhivia, but she, with the addition of fruit (probably won't work?), is now baking a chocolate cake in the oven, 15 minutes left, but the smell is something I don’t really like it, I hope that everything will turn out fine, then I want to make jam with a melon, I’ll try the bread tomorrow, because I don’t know if it can be so loaded in a day?
valushka
svetla74, with a purchase you!) Well, how did the cupcake turn out then? strange that the smell was not pleasant. I liked the chocolate muffin well, oooooooochen both the smell and the taste. but of course everyone has different tastes
I think you can load) the main thing is to give it a rest and cool down.
svetla74
Good day everyone! I liked the HP in general, the cake turned out to be tasty, but a bit low Bread maker LG HB-2001BY (with functions of yoghurt and butter), and the smell was from HP (it can be seen while the new one, SO SMOOTH) after the cake, I still knocked half a half-liter jar of homemade sour cream into butter, after 15 minutes I looked in, and all the sour cream (or rather butter already) was smeared on the walls, and the seme mixer is spinning in the middle , well, I had to get everything, the oil froze in the refrigerator, in general it worked out. A question to those who made butter, do you also have oil on the walls? And I could not program the time, I counted it on the clock and after 15 minutes I turned it off. Maybe you did something wrong or pressed?

valushka, and what mode do you set, after you throw in the ingredients according to this recipe, I also really want to try., but I'm afraid to do something wrong, and if you bake it right away in a bread maker, no one tried, and what kind of mode is needed turn on? Tell me please!
valushka
svetla74, I throw in the ingredients and put the Dough mode on, then I take it out, form buns, bagels, pie, pies or whatever goes into my head and into the oven in the bread maker, I think you can also leave and turn on the Cupcake mode. And maybe in a different way. Do not turn on the TEST, but just turn on one of the full modes immediately. But I didn’t do that, I don’t know .. read the dough recipe in that Temka, maybe someone is baking in the bread maker.
About the oil. It smears on my walls too. I use a spatula to rake everything off the walls and into the middle of the box.

After 8 months of my doubts, for the first time I made apple jam in HP ... Curiosity took it up ... I am reporting ... Sun I didn’t make it according to the recipe, only peeled the apples off ... It turned out soooo tasty ... and tender, and most importantly, super fast ... The jam got out with a silicone spatula, nothing stuck to the walls, the bucket washed out without problems, it took a long time to find it in fear " smudges "examined the oil seal ... Now in doubt, should I continue my" experiments "or still stop?

, continue, continue) our stoves are good ... we are with all our hearts to them and they are to us the same way) so I think everything will be fine with the oil seals. IMHO the main thing is to wash the bucket immediately so that the jam does not freeze and that's it. Otherwise, why would they make the JAM function? .. not for beauty, after all ...

Girls, you are also tempting me straight to jam, and there are apples ..) I should also experiment)) I have never done a jam before .. somehow my hands did not reach .. and ... I forgot to write. Well I made onion bread, which everyone praised here ... (maybe I already wrote, I don't remember) It's just a fairy tale turned out .. so yummy, I honestly didn't expect it ... I decided to make it just out of curiosity .. I thought some kind of garbage. but it turned out just a miracle, so thanks for the feedback on this bread, which prompted me to make it)
Let's share more of what we cook on the ski, so that everyone can try such little masterpieces

Today I already experimented with pear-apple jam ... the pear was not quite ripe (the one that turns yellow over time) ... So, what happened ... The apples boiled, and in them pieces of pear (crumbled small) ... I think there will be lovers of just such a jam ... But I still whipped it all up with a blender, because I stuffed pancakes, oh, and I had all the jam last night with them ... It's very convenient ... while the pancakes are fried, the oven boils down apples, no hassle with stewing. I didn't even think it was so cool !!!
valushka
sweeta, already drooling)) I can imagine what a yummy
I'll finish the bread now and I'll probably do jam too
and how much by weight do you put in fruit and how much jam is obtained?
sweeta
I did everything according to the instructions - 500 grams of peeled apples + 3/4 glasses (LG) sugar + 1 tbsp. l. How many lemon juice it turned out I didn't measure out ...
