Ingredients

Leek
Potato
Peas
Carrot
Corn
Cream sauce
Ketchup
Bouillon cube
Water
White bread
Grated cheese

Cooking method

  • On Saturday I cooked meat and vegetables in a pressure cooker
  • (leeks, potatoes, peas, carrots, corn) in a creamy sauce with the addition of ketchup. There are vegetables and gravy left. I added a glass of boiling water to them, in which I dissolved the bouillon cube and beat it all with a blender.
  • I dried in the oven until golden brown two thin slices of white bread, cut into small cubes.
  • Before serving, she poured crackers into plates, grated cheese on top and put in the oven for a couple of minutes to melt the cheese.

Yesterday I figured out a soup from the leftovers, but so tasty that I was surprised myself!
