CHICKEN BREASTS WITH SOURCES AND VEGETABLES SAUCE
Ingredients: 2-3 chicken breast
2-3 medium onions (more possible)
2 large bell peppers (can be of different colors)
150 ml. sour cream
3 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
salt,
spices to taste: black pepper, basil, curry, suneli hops, thyme 1 bunch of herbs (50/50 dill / parsley)
My brisket, cut into oblong pieces 1.5-2 cm wide, throw into a preheated pan with a non-stick coating, reduce the heat and while fried (from time to time you need to stir), finely chop the onion, pepper strips (you can replace with pre-cut and frozen pepper) ...

When the juices from the brisket are cooked, add the vegetable oil, onions and fry, stirring occasionally, until the onions acquire a slightly golden color. Then add the bell pepper and fry lightly. When the pepper becomes soft, add sour cream, salt, spices, cover, reduce the heat so that all this beauty can be extinguished for 5 minutes and not burn.

Lovers of gravy can add a little boiling water along with sour cream and spices or use cream instead of sour cream. Sprinkle with herbs before serving. Serve with rice, katrofelny puree or porridge.

I bring THANKS !!!!! for CHICKEN BREASTS WITH SWEET-VEGETABLE SAUCE! I took homemade sour cream (bazaar) - it turned out very creamy, added some water, since we are big lovers of different gravies !!! So the gravy was awesome !!!!!!!
