Wheat-rye bread with corn flour without sugar

Wheat flour (premium grade) 310 g
Rye flour 90 g
Corn flour 60 g
Water 275 g
Salt 1.5 tsp.
Yeast 1 tsp
Instant coffee 1 tsp
Boiled corn
(cut from a boiled ear)
2 tbsp. l.
Sunflower seeds 1 tbsp. l.
Pumpkin seeds 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Special mode 3 hours 40 minutes.
