Not just good, but excellent! I have been making all my bread on whey for a long time, its taste is not felt (if it is not peroxidized, but this, they say, is good for rye bread), it rises perfectly and is healthy! And in combination with natural yeast - generally BOMB

Thank you for quick answer! And then I already began to doubt - I started baking only with whey and the dough began to rise worse (though later I realized that at the same time I began to use Lviv dry yeast instead of SAF-Moment). An hour ago, I mixed it on whey and on SAF a quick one from Elena Bo - let's see what happens, and tomorrow I'll try with semolina.

Thank you! I am doing so - I have already re-read more than half of the recipes with reviews, but there is too much information for a beginner - you need to start taking notes, start a notebook. To begin with, I keep detailed records for each baking (the oven is only three weeks, I bake almost every day - they eat everything) in order to achieve the desired result. The main thing is that there is someone to ask or read on the site. Thanks again!
