Milk vanilla mousse

Ingredients
Milk 5 cups
Eggs 4 pcs
Sugar 1 cup
Wheat flour 1.5 tbsp. l.
(with top)
Vanillin
Cooking method

Grind the yolks with sugar. Dissolve flour in 0.5 cups. milk, mix with the yolks and beat everything well. Pour the mixture into the remaining boiling milk, do not bring to a boil. Stir until thick. Remove from heat, cool to 50-60 * C and add whites + vanillin, whipped into a strong foam. We shift the mousse to the bowls. Garnish with grated chocolate on top.
Little tip: I always make half a serving. (2.5 cups milk, 2 eggs, 0.5 cups sugar, 1 tablespoon flour, vanillin on the tip of a knife). It turns out almost a liter of quite satisfying yummy.

I would like to suggest a recipe that my mother made me as a child. My daughter simply adores this mousse, and now, being quite an adult, she makes it herself, I think she will cook it for her children ... This dessert is as sweet and tender as my childhood memories of it ...
