Note

After a successful bread experiment with quinoa - either cereals, or quinoa seed, I decided on the next experiment. Moreover, today I have a second, now a small multicooker.

The recipe was born as a combination of all the recommendations found on how and with what you can cook quinoa. I called it conditionally vegetarian pilaf.

Admin,

It is this

On the site Lose weight. ru, where there are many Israelis, she is in high esteem!
So I tried it. It really tastes like al dente pasta - the way it is cooked in Italy - so that you can feel it on your teeth. Pilaf with it turned out to be crumbly and pleasant in density for chewing
