Flour (sifting)3 cups (240 ml)
Salt1.5 tsp.
Sugar1.5 tbsp. l.
Vegetable oil1.5 tbsp. l.
Eggs1 PC.
Milk210 ml

Cooking method


  • I add 1, 75 - 2 tbsp. tablespoons of lactic acid sourdough. Significantly improves the taste and texture of bread
  • Lay according to the instructions. I break the egg right into the bucket. Baking in Basic mode, light crust, size S (SMALL) to lighten the crust.

For Moulinex program 4. The bread is high, the crust is even. Tasty. But very rich.

Structure

- 1 tsp dry yeast
- 3 cups wheat flour
- 1.5 tsp. salt
- 2.5 tbsp. l. Sahara
- 2 yolks + 1 whole egg
- 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil
- 180 ml baked milk

Preparation

Load all products into the oven (according to the instructions) and put them in the "main baking" mode
