I found this recipe in some simple magazine:
cut the meat across the fibers into pieces about 0.5 cm thick, beat well. Then coat each piece on 2 sides with ready-made mustard and leave for 20-30 minutes (this is to make the meat softer). Then cut each piece into thin strips (the thinner, the more interesting the dish), put in a saucepan and fry. Add finely chopped onion, garlic, pour over sour cream and tomato paste with a sachet, add a little water and simmer until tender. Don't forget to salt and pepper to taste.
Cooking in a pressure cooker: after cutting the meat into strips, pour some oil into the pressure cooker, put the meat and turn on the time - a few minutes, and the meat was fried like that. until I decided that it was time to report the rest to him. I mixed finely chopped onion and garlic with meat, after 5 minutes I added sour cream mixed with tomato paste, poured water, I got a lot of water, it didn't spoil the dish)).
Then I closed the lid, put on the valve and started the BEEF program. In 20 minutes. the whole thing was ready.
This recipe is also suitable for a multi-cooker: I would make it there on the Pastry.
