Lasagna

Category: Slow cooker

Ingredients:

Lasagna leaves
Fried minced meat
Sauce

Cooking method

  • I have a lasagna recipe (ripped off from an Israeli forum)

  • No boiling leaves for lasagna! You put ordinary dry leaves. Top - fried minced meat.

  • Either bechamel sauce or marinara (with tomatoes) ...

  • It takes 10 minutes to fry the minced meat and make the sauce. That's all the preparation on my part.

  • And then either for 8 hours (slow mode) or for 4 hours (fast) ...

  • And the smell! And the taste !!!

  • As well as peppers and cabbage rolls ...

  • But lasagna became even easier for me to prepare ...

The total cooking time is approximately

8 ocloc'k.

The sauce is either béchamel or marinara (with tomatoes) ...
I use two types of sauces: bechamel (we love with mushrooms) and bolognese with fried minced meat, alternating layers of sauce with pasta leaves. I do not boil the pasta either, so I line it with dry leaves, they will be boiled during baking. That is: a layer of sauce, a layer of pasta, etc. The first and last layer I have is necessarily béchamel. A little nuance: first pour the sauce on the bottom of the container in which the lasagna will be prepared. This will be the very first layer, which is bechamel. Sprinkle the lasagne on top with cheese.

I do it the same way as lasagna, with any additives, cheese on top .. sauce down, macaroons one layer, further additives without fanaticism - mushrooms, vegetables, minced meat, a layer of sauce and cheese on top, but I do not have it in a slow slow motion.
