Pickled pepper

Ingredients:

Cooking method

  • Rinse and dry the Bulgarian pepper (do not peel, leave the stalk in its place).

  • Fry whole in vegetable oil on all sides (the result of cooked brown sides)

  • Put the pepper in a shallow salad bowl

  • Oil water. vinegar salt sugar spices (I buy the mixture at the Anapa market, they mix them from the trays there right in front of me)

  • The marinade should boil. Boil for 1 minute + minced garlic.

  • Pour the pepper with hot marinade, let it cool (while it cools, turn the peppercorns
