Chocolate pudding

Ingredients:
Chocolate without filling 64% 100 grams
Soft butter 50 grams
Powdered sugar 85 gr
Wheat flour (sift) 25 gr
Egg 3 pcs

Cooking method

There is also a recipe for chocolate pudding in the book for my steamer.
1) Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt in a double boiler for 10 minutes. Then add the butter to the chocolate. Stir until smooth. Separate the egg whites from the yolks.

2) Beat the egg whites until stiff. In another container, whisk the egg yolks and sugar with a whisk until a light thick mass is obtained. Gently add the beaten egg whites into this mass, then the chocolate mixture and finally the flour. Divide the dough into four individually buttered 150 ml tins. Cover each with a parchment pad and place in a large steamer bowl.

3) Bake in a double boiler for 30-35 minutes.

Check that the pudding is done by poking through the middle with a wooden toothpick. If the toothpick remains dry, the pudding is ready. Separate the pudding from the sides of the mold, turn it upside down and serve.
I made a mold in such. It turned out as in the picture.

The total cooking time is approximately
30-35 minutes.
