Turnip onion 1 head small
Carrot 20-30 gr

Lemon juice Taste

There are a lot of recipes for its preparation, but, as a rule, in the form of different salting, pickling, and only then using it ready-made for a variety of salads and snacks.
It's always tasty, but not always dietary!
Having bought again a wonderful freshly frozen fish, I decided to go for an experiment - to prepare a dietary dish.
And I baked herring ... with cheese in foil.
We deal with the fish as usual, remove the heads, entrails, tails. We do not touch the skin and fins, their integrity will preserve juiciness.
Next, the carcasses need to be slightly salted, sprinkled with lemon juice inside and out and put aside.
Let's take care of the filling. We rub the cheese, chop the onion finely and finely and rub the carrots on a coarse grater.
We mix everything.
If you don't like the bright taste of onions, you can eliminate it with boiling water and (or) vinegar.
We tear off two pieces of foil commensurate with the carcasses.
Lubricate the "bottom" of the future foil boat with vegetable oil with a brush.
We put our fish carcasses and stuff them with the prepared mixture. Wrap it not very tightly and put it in a preheated oven for 25 minutes at 180 degrees.

There is no unpleasant fishy smell.
The taste of cheese does not lead, on the contrary, it merges very harmoniously with the fishy aroma.
Yes, there are small bones, but for us - fans of fish, this is really a barrier!
