Ingredients

Cottage cheese 180g
Flour 100g
Butter 100g
Egg 2 pcs
Spinach 200g
Gelatin 0.5h l.
Soy sauce 1 tbsp. l.
Salt taste
Frying oil

Cooking method

100g cottage cheese, flour, cold butter and 1/4 tsp. put salt in a blender and knead the dough until a lump forms. Put it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Roll out the dough into a layer 0.5 cm thick, prick with a fork and bake in preheated to 200 degrees. oven for 8-10 minutes.
For spinach cream, soak the gelatin in a couple of tablespoons of water. Beat 2 egg whites until firm. Heat the spinach in a frying pan with oil, season with salt, and bring to readiness. Transfer to a blender and puree with melted gelatin. Mix spinach with whipped egg whites and refrigerate.
For curd cream, break 2 yolks with a fork and cook in the microwave. Add 80 g of cottage cheese, soy sauce and beat with a blender until smooth.
Cut the cooled cake into squares. Decorate with cream.

Note

But if you put sun-dried tomatoes, or olives, or sprats, or something else on top of the pie, then everything falls into place. It immediately becomes tasty and interesting.
