Spaghetti with Tomato Cream and Meatballs in Ninja® Foodi®

Ingredients

Spaghetti 400 g
Minced meat 400gr
Onion 1
Carrot 1
Canned tomatoes 0.5 cans
Cream 200ml
Salt, pepper, chili, basil

Cooking method

Very simple and delicious !!
You can cook in whatever you want, any pressure cooker, multicooker, saucepan on the stove.
First, we cook spaghetti, I did everything in niny, so in turn, but it is quite possible to boil spaghetti in any saucepan, whoever does it where.
So, first, on the Steam program, I boiled water, salted, inserted an insert and put in the spaghetti.
I put the program Pressure-pressure, for 4 minutes, the steam was forced off.

She took out the spaghetti insert and set it aside.
I have two pots for ninyi, I took the second one, the sote program, and began to fry the onions and carrots.
While the vegetables were fried, I rolled small meatballs, the size of a small walnut.
I put them in a saucepan, fried them, so that they would be sealed and would not fall apart. Then she laid out half a can of chopped tomatoes. I added salt, pepper, basil and some chili. A little more sugar, just a quarter spoon, about a teaspoon. Gently mixed and allowed to boil.

After 5 minutes I added cream and again let it boil a little. Then I took the spaghetti and put them in the sauce. Stirred. Everything is ready.

Kara
Irish, I do it in one sitting: I fry the meat (or meatballs) for 5 minutes on all sides on Saute, pour water / broth / cream / dry white wine (whatever your heart desires this time), so that it is a little higher than the meat, spread on top of the spaghetti randomly, so as not to stick together, and on Pressure for a maximum of 3 minutes, for 4 - only if a penne. A minimum of dirty dishes and faster in my opinion.
I learned here

Kara, I also did this in the staff, but the taste is still different, although in your opinion it is definitely faster. But I also needed spaghetti for milk soup, so I didn't immediately put them in the sauce.
I want to do this with vegetables, without meat, then I'll do everything together. True, now I don't know when, they called us now, they can introduce quarantine, we will be stuck at home without shops.
But I will stand
By the time, I do not like al dente pasta, I like soft

But I will stand
Are you stocked up at least normally? It is not known how long you will have to sit!
Lerele
Rada-dms, yes, it seems to be fine, but for now the stores will work, if anything ..
the only thing, if with delivery, now it does not work, there are no terms at all, everyone wants.
But I almost filled the freezer, it turned out quickly, we bought meat from the Bauers, we agreed even before the virus, waited for slaughter. And they bought freezers for him with the baby.
And the recipe is the simplest, but time will pass, it will be forgotten, but I am sorry to lose it, so I put it out, now it will definitely not be lost
And you will forget that time, or something else.
Rada-dms
Lerele, there is meat - the men are well fed! We will not be lost!
Lerele
Rada-dms, and do not say, but I am sure that put anyone at home now, and no one will die of hunger for two months
